We could not have had a better experience in this volunteering, there were few hours of work, less than what appeared even in the app, we had many days off and followed which allowed you to travel and meet; the rooms were comfortable, where we shared with other volunteers, who were very pleasant, in general one felt at home, and above all we want to thank Suzie and the whole team infinitely for the opportunity, for the way they have received us this month, the flexibility and joy they transmitted to us, we had an incredible experience, and we valued all this very much.

Du bist so süß, Joaquin, es war so schön, euch beide hier zu haben. Ich freue mich, dass ihr eine großartige Zeit hattet. Es ist dem ganzen Team wichtig, dass unsere Worldpackers eine großartige Erfahrung machen. Wir vermissen euch beide; hoffentlich kommt ihr bald wieder zu Besuch. I had such a great time volunteering at the hostel Hotel ! Suzie was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even though the work could be intense at times, sharing it with other volunteers made it really enjoyable. I loved meeting so many new people among my flatmates. We had plenty of fun activities in and around the hostel, and even took a day trip to London, which was very cool.

I'd especially like to thank Suzie and Klara for their good management and motivation during the shifts. At the hostel the working hours were respected correctly and the tasks were distributed very well, so I adapted quite well. The staff and guests were very friendly and I was able to enjoy the hostel.

Wenn du jemals die Gelegenheit hast, Eldo in dein Team zu holen, wirst du nicht enttäuscht sein. Er war in allen Belangen brillant, er hat so hart gearbeitet, sich immer um das Team gekümmert; Jede Aufgabe, die wir ihn zu erledigen baten, hat er auf einem sehr hohen Niveau erledigt. Es gab einige Gelegenheiten, in denen er bereit war, seine freien Tage zu ändern, um uns in letzter Minute zu unterstützen — so ein großartiger Typ. Wir vermissen ihn immer noch und hoffen sehr, dass er eines Tages wiederkommt :)

I loved the experience!!! I was very well received by the entire team, who helped me and contributed to improving my English. The team is very fun. The hostel's location is great, close to the beach, shopping mall, supermarkets, and local stores. I would definitely volunteer there again.

The overall experience was okay, the hostel is super close to the beach and supermarkets, restaurants, and there's always something to do or see in the hostel. The staff was lovely but there were some moments that I felt a lack of care/respect in the way that one should speak with the volunteers, but this didn't ruin my experience. The shift is very hard, there's always something to do, and it's very tiring. I want to thank Suzie for all the love and for being kind and caring not just towards me but to all the volunteers. It was lovely meeting you ❤️

The hostel's location is great, really really close to supermarkets and the hostel's main attractions. Most of the staff were friendly, and it's a nice place to meet new people. Big thanks to Suzie, who was always caring and attentive. Breakfast was basic but good. Just a heads-up: the 25 hours of volunteer work are pretty tiring, and there's no washing machine for volunteers — you'll need to pay to do laundry elsewhere. Also, while most staff were lovely, a few could be a bit unkind. Overall, it was a good experience to get to know a new place, but I wouldn't repeat it personally.

I had an amazing time during my stay at the hostel. Suzie is absolutely brilliant kind and caring. Omar the deputy manager was super accomadting with my volunteering hours as i picked up a second job. It is exactly what you agree on when you go. I would say honestly house keeping is a little bit demanding physically but i had a blast and met some great people. Id definitely go back!

My experience at this hostel was incredible. The location is perfect, situated near the main tourist attractions, making it very convenient to explore the area. The tasks were straightforward and reasonable, and the team was always welcoming and easygoing. Everything agreed upon was fulfilled.
