My first WorldPackers experience and it was absolutely grand! Highly recommend Elaine's place for anyone looking for a bit of an eco-retreat and learn some more about yard work and gardening! Amazing!

Elaine and her family were so totally lovely! Very kind and welcomed us in easily. We enjoyed all the work that needed to be done - mostly outside gardening, clearing, etc. We also helped prepare the airbnb for guest switchovers a couple of times. It was a pleasure sharing this beautiful space with Elaine and her family - we got to enjoy a couple sauna sessions and a couple local hikes in the area. Would be totally happy to return one day.

Elaine and her kids welcomed us into her home and made us feel very comfortable! Tasks were explained well and we had a lot of independence with work; days were very flexible and easy going. Elaine gave us great advice about the surrounding area, the Kerry mountains are beautiful with many walks and hikes available.

Elaine made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Jobs varied from day to day and we learnt new practical skills. The experience exceeded my expectations

I had a wonderful experience with Elaine, she received me and treated me all the time as part of her family, she lives with her children in a beautiful area surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. On weekends we went for bike rides in Killarney and some towns in the area. The tasks were calm and the schedules flexible, it was a pleasure to be able to help her with projects at home. She is always very busy, but she always took care of cooking delicious recipes. She was also very patient in communication, my level of English is not very good and I value that very much.
