Here, Kimchee Haeundae Guesthouse is located just 2 minutes walking from the most famous Haeundae beach in Korea. From here you can reach the sea and all the attractions of the city in no time. You can use all our facilities (laundry machine, kitchen, etc.) and free WiFi.
Busan is a vibrant city with many beaches, free concerts, firework shows, festivals, nice local food and a great nightlife scene. There are also great cultural sights to see around the city such as Beomeosa Temple, Gamcheon Village, the UN Memorial, Gwangbokro Fashion Street, Gwang-an beach, Haeundae Beach and etc.
We are energetic, honest, open minded, friendly and easy going as a volunteer staff. We like to hang out together to eat and party sometimes!

Environment: relaxed and informal
Location: best spot in Heaunde (3m walk beach, suprmkts and metro/bus)
Amenities: bed in a dorm, great common area, good internet, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, rooftop for exercise.
Tasks: very easy, no experience needed. Mostly you dnt work + than 2h, so a lot of free time to explore.
Extras: free rice and noodles. Meet locals & travelers.
Volunteers: mostly young people, seeking for fun & party.
Me and my boyfriend took the change to volunteer and spend our free time exploring Busan and working. I was amazing!

⁃Owner: Very flexible and relaxed.
⁃Place: best spot in Heaunde (3m walk beach & suprmkts, 5m walk metro & bus). Great common area, great internet, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, rooftop for exercise.
⁃Job: very easy tasks, no experience needed. Mostly you dnt work + than 2h, so a lot of free time to explore.
⁃Get back: bed in a dorm, free rice and noodles. Meet locals & travelers.
⁃Mood: young people, seeking for fun & party. If u like the vibe, this is your place!
Everything went smooth. The perfect spot for doing a break in our long term trip!

Working at Kimchee Hostel, was my first worldpackers experience and I loved it. I had a great time working with all the other volunteers and the host who were all really nice and caring. We all were really close to each other and spent a lot of time together doing fun activities. Also the location of the Hostel is perfect as it is just a few minutes away from the beach. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would love to come back if I got the chance. So 10/10 would recommend it and thank you for everything:).

This was my first worldpackers experience and I can honestly say that it surpassed my expectations. The host and other volunteers were all really friendly and caring, we got along well and spent a lot of fun time together. Kimchee became my home for a month and I wish I could've stayed longer. I loved my stay in Busan. Thank you for everything!
