I had a great time at Lagona Loft in Dahab. The work hours were respected and Ahmed was flexible about shift times/days off. The food, accommodation, and cleaning supplies were simple, but I felt comfortable the whole time. Ahmed was very welcoming and helpful and even took me diving and hiking as well as arranged for me to spend a night at the place in Giza! Overall, I definitely enjoyed my experience here.

Dahab es un lugar hermoso y con este voluntariado lo podrás hacer. Ahmed (Thomas) es muy buen anfitrión. El hostal está a unos 20 minutos del centro caminando. El trabajo comienza a las 8.30 am (desayunando) hasta as 15 hrs (luego almuerzas). Es un sitio gigante y lo que más harás será housekeeping, por lo que si vas sol@ puede ser muy agotador. Hay 5 mini edificios que no están en el mismo sitio. Ahmed siempre estará disponible para ti, es muy amable y te ayudará en lo que necesites. Recomiendo este lugar pero con más [email protected] para ayudar. Gracias por todo Ahmed y a tu familia!!

My stay in Dahab was a very pleasant experience, from the first moment I was well received. The host, his family and the other members were always very kind and patient with me. The activities were simple and the food delicious. The sea is the spirit of this place and the city is very calm and beautiful.

my experience in Lagona Loft was good, Thomas and his family was so kind with me, Mohamed as well and the rest of the workers from the place
the tasks weren't difficult, between minor construction repairs and housekeeping but maybe the working hours are not the best, was from 9am - 3pm so you barely have 3 hours of sunlight if you want to get to know the city. there's plenty of stuff you can do and see in Dahab. Very beautiful city, turistic but small. I went to do scuba diving, see the sunrise in the Saint Catherine mountain and many more.
The city is a beautiful place, highly recommend
