At Multilingual School, we firmly believe that education, particularly during early childhood, is the key to improving our world through true agents of change: students with strong moral foundations and the knowledge necessary to find fair and practical solutions that benefit society.

In recent years, kindergartens have transitioned from being training, modeling, and support centers for parents seeking the holistic development of their children to merely serving as daycare centers, where the primary focus is on ensuring children are fed and unharmed. We have forgotten that at this age, we must reinforce the values instilled at home, such as respect, self-denial, and most importantly, resilience, so that children learn that crying is not a form of communication or pressure.

That is why, at Multilingual School, we strive to go beyond the traditional and what we are accustomed to. Our goal is to nurture independent children who can express their emotions, feelings, and frustrations naturally. We want to help children make the most of this crucial stage of their lives by instilling discipline, order, and perseverance, enabling their emotional and physical development to fully support their intellectual capabilities.

Welcome to the Multilingual School family. As a volunteer, you can assist us in our daily operations and, more importantly, help our children learn English, a skill that will greatly benefit them in their futures. Together, we can create lasting change and empower the next generation to thrive.

Welcome, everyone, and thank you for your interest. We were fortunate to have the best parents a child could have. From an early age, they nurtured our physical, emotional, and intellectual development, sparing no effort in ensuring our well-being. They approached each stage of our development with love, perseverance, and dedication. Now that we are parents ourselves, we strive to replicate that great feat by seeking the best opportunities for our children. We are confident that our institution will set the standard for the educational model in our region and country, as this system is implemented in countries with the highest educational standards and is highly sought after by parents in those nations. Rosa and I unconditionally believe that the path to progress is through education, especially during early childhood, as it shapes the future success of each individual. We firmly believe that Multilingual School will help us achieve our shared objective of raising happy and successful children with your support. To ensure the best impact on our students, we are primarily seeking volunteers who can commit to longer stays of two months or more. Longer commitments allow for stronger connections with the children and a more significant influence on their development. However, we also welcome volunteers who can only join us for shorter periods, understanding that preference will be given to those with longer stays. Our volunteer program runs from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm. During this time, breakfast and lunch are provided for our volunteers. Volunteers will be accommodated in comfortable rooms designed for three people, with separate rooms for men and women to ensure privacy and comfort. On weekends, accommodation is available, but meals are not included. However, volunteers can use the kitchen to prepare their meals independently. Typically, volunteers take advantage of weekends to explore Cusco and its surroundings, including Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, and the ancient ruins of Moray and Maras salt mines. These unforgettable experiences will surely make your volunteer stay even more rewarding and memorable. We hope you'll join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our students while enjoying the incredible sights and experiences that Cusco has to offer. we humbly request that you kindly take note of a few requirements that we have for all our esteemed members. As we are blessed to work with the precious little ones, we kindly ask that you provide us with the following documents, so that we may continue to ensure the utmost safety and security for our little angels: 1.- A Criminal Record Check, to help us maintain a safe and secure environment for our cherished little ones. 2.- Your travel insurance number, which can be provided just a few short days prior to your arrival, so that we may rest easy knowing that you are well-protected. 3.- An emergency telephone number for your nearest and dearest, so that we may contact them in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. 4.- And last but not least, your WhatsApp number, so that we may continue to keep you updated on all the magical moments that your little ones will experience during their time with us. If you are unable to locate any of these requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may work together to find a solution that is both enchanting and delightful. We truly hope that we may have the honor of seeing you soon, so that you may share in the magic that we strive to create every day.
