This was my first experience on Worldpackers and I’m thankful it was a positive one. Ostello Bello took care of all my needs. One advise is don’t be afraid to ask for something. Also, Genova is a nice city that is well located in a beautiful region.

It was a good experience, where I had the opportunity to connect with many locals and other travelers. The staff was always very cheerful and the work was not difficult. Although at the beginning it was a little confusing regarding the definition of shifts, everything went well in the end. I recommend this experience to everyone who wants a fun time in Italy making good friends!

This was my first volunteer experience and I really loved it. I met so many amazing people who made this trip unforgettable for me. The staff made us feel welcome and it was always fun to work with them. The work was really easy, mostly just collecting empty glasses and helping with the dishes. I can 100% recommend this place and I hope I’ll come back one day. Ostello is really a special place to be in. Thank you!

Omg this was the most fun place ever!! I love the staff they make me feel so comfortable (bar and the reception and cleaning crew! love you so much babes!!!!) with them and the guests where so nice all the time!!! I highly recommend this place to work!!! I m gonna miss you all!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Tuve una experiencia increíble con Ostello Bello!! el ambiente del hostal es muy chevere, todos los del staff son un amor, me hicieron divertirme un montón. Conocer a los huéspedes que vienen de todo el mundo es muy fácil, un excelente lugar para hacer amigos. El trabajo es entretenido, fácil y te explican todo lo que tienes que hacer, hay mucho tiempo libre así que se puede conocer playas y pueblos hermosos cerca. El voluntariado es una mezcla de trabajar, hacer amigos y conocer Italia al mismo tiempo, 100% recomendable!
