We have an extremely laid-back atmosphere and love connecting with others. If you are able to keep a positive attitude wherever you go, we would love to have you!

Volunteers should be treated just as well as our staff. We want to keep our positive vibe of the hostel, so it is crucial for us to keep everyone happy and healthy.

When I got there the hostel owner just changed, therefore it was all a bit chaotic.
The work was simple and easy.
If one likes the city life the hostel ist definitely a place to stay, if that’s not the case and one wants to experience more of Hawaii I can personally not recommend going to a hostel that is in the Center of tourism.

I absolutely loved working at the hostel! The whole staff was very welcoming and it was always fun bei g at the hostel. The work was how described and very fair. Due to the host being so flexible, volonteering at this hostel was perfect to also get to explore the island and have loads of free time!

My experience at Seaside Hawaiian Hostel has been AMAZING! I loved it so much that I extended my stay an additional two months. I truly couldn’t recommend this Worldpackers experience enough. The manager Rhonda is laid back and very understanding. The job itself is really easy and so much fun!! I work front desk and hang out with new and interesting guests every day! If you want to experience the beautiful island of O’ahu and meet other travelers from all across the world then this place is perfect!! 😊
