I have so much fun at The Mansion. It is incredible how welcoming the staff is! They're always willing to help you, motivate you, and also to listen to you when you need to talk with someone. I made great friends in this place, and I'd surely go back one day. The Mansion feels more like a family than a regular hostal. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic experience volunteering at The Mansion Melbourne. The staff are extremely welcoming and great to work with. This is a lovely hostel with great facilities for a home base in the city. I highly recommend volunteering here.

The Mansion is an amazing place to start your adventure in Melbourne! Incredible staff and ambience, quiet and at the same time fun. Matt is super responsible and clear with the tasks and hours, the only thing I recommend is talking about the tasks in advance with him cause I applied for the night shift of reception and when i got there Matt told me they needed cleaning in the mornings, what i did with no complains but they werent my real expectations. Apart from that detail the place is beautiful and people really friendly; I loved it! Super recommended!
