Estar en Tamarindo el proyeto fue una experiencia inolvidable y satisfactoria, Martine y Jason son muy gentiles y te hacen sentir en familia enseguida. Suncomida es realmente deliciosa y cosechada ese mismo dia. Tuve la fortuna de beber cerveza de orquidea hecha por Jason y fue todo un regocijo. Sus preciosas hijas June y Kali son un encanto muy trabajadores e involucradas en el proyecto y a Macoa nunca la olvidare. Mis habitaciones fueron muy acogedoras y mis jornadas las disfrute y nunca me senti presionada. Se te explica todo muy claramente y todo fluye en armonia. Regresare sin duda a apoyar.

This stay felt like being welcomed into a family, not just hosted. I was included in nearly everything — chores, adventures, all of it. The projects were varied and kept things interesting, and while the schedule is strict and the work real, Jason was genuinely open to working around me as an individual and the skills I brought. Unexpected highlights: helping with a wild animal rescue, spending time with the kids, and a nearly endless supply of homemade kombucha.

Thanks so much for taking care of the baby hedgehogs even though it was the weekend. They are thriving now … alongside fourteen newborn baby chicks! Good luck to you in your future Elle!

I enjoyed my first trip to the project so much that I made some time to come back again before returning home. I was thrilled to come back and spend more time with Jason and his family. Everything was excellent, again. I was able to expand my skills in bio construction by working on some different projects. The food was also incredible again. Martine's cooking deserves at least 6 or 7 stars out of 5. Only positive words can be used to describe the project, everything is just spectacular.

I had a great experience with the family helping renovate their home, help in the process of building a guest house, getting to learn a bit about their garden, and help start building a pond. I also got the chance to learn how they got to make some of the meals and some other practice for sustainable living, which I really enjoyed. We did lots of fun things together like go to the river for a swim, E-bikes available for me to use, and their kids were a blast to play with too!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if they want to change a pace from staying in hostels.

I stayed about 10 days on the farm and during that time I had the chance to do several jobs and that was knowledge for me: from taking care of the plants in the greenhouse, preparing dough for bioconstruction, and the most impactful preparing natural paints. I made a beautiful art at the door of the barn; every connection I had there with the family was very beautiful. The food is very good and well served - always in the presence of nature and shared life. The hosts are wonderful, the children are also together throughout the process. I had a local immersion too. I highly recommend it!

My time at the project was incredible. I enjoyed connecting with Jason, Martine, their children and the guests at the guest house. Martine's vegetarian meals were amazing, I felt like I was dining at a fancy restaurant every time we ate. The volunteering work was interesting, I liked using methods of bioconstruction that were new to me. I'm glad that I was able to bring my skills to help with this project, and in return I feel like I learned a lot from being here.

I had an exciting, peaceful and nourishing experience at the project. Jason and Martine are amazing hosts, and I loved getting to know June, Kelly and Makowa. They do everything with so much care, and are very attentive to your interests and what you are looking to explore. This is the place to be to learn about philosophy and practices around living in harmony with the earth. My mind was blown daily through conversations about sustainable living. The food, caravan, the local culture, the work itself; was amazing. Thank you Jason, Martine and the girls for a beautiful experience

This was my first ever Worldpackers experience and it was amazing. They are amazing people with amazing kids. We built in a couple ponds, chopped wood, broke down walls and when it came to lunch time, we always sat outside in nature and ate in peace. The 3 meals a day were delicious and very healthy, definitely meals that energize you for the next work day. If you wanna come to France and have a good experience , I highly recommend Jason and Martine!
