I had a great experience at the hostel Sands. The hours and tasks were always respected and were easy to do. The job included working on reception & the bar or taking guests to activities such as sunset spots or parties. The benefits that were included were good and i was allowed a lot of free time to surf and chill at the beach. The hostel itself only opened end of 2025 so all the facilities are really new and in good condition.

It was my first volunteering experience ever and it was truly amazing! I felt really like a home away from home ! Roshan and Evelin are amazing hosts and their kindness and sharing laughter that we had makes the experience unique. Tasks are easy and flexible. And we also had free surfing lessons, which was amazing !

From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel welcome. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely understanding. It's clear that they really care about their volunteers and want everyone to have a positive experience. The work itself doesn't even feel like work. The tasks are straightforward and manageable, and there's always a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. One thing I especially appreciated was how organised everything is — the rota is prepared weeks in advance. Overall, this was such a rewarding experience, and I would love to return in the future. I 100% recommend this.

I had a good first volunteer experience at this hostel. I learned a lot, the accommodation was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and supportive. The schedule was flexible, tasks varied, and volunteers are encouraged to take responsibility, share ideas, and shape their own role. I highly recommend this place to volunteers who want to meet new people, and be part of an open, international travel community! ✨
