Ahora is a wonderful and peaceful retreat in the middle of the jungle. Volunteering there will get you the chance to disconnect and take part in a healthy lifestyle. I was able to meditate, do yoga, sauna and exercise daily. Staff's small and super cool. On your days off you can explore the amazing area or stay for free at the beach in Costeño. Highly recommend. Mi experiencia en Ahora fue hermosa! Agradezco mucho el haber podido compartir Yoga ahi, rodeada de naturaleza y de mucha tranquilidad. La comida que sirven es muy rica y saludable. Tienen una piscina natural, un sauna, un ice bath y un gym. Todo lo necesario para que tu estadia sea como el retiro que necesitabas para volver de nuevo a tu centro. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver de nuevo! Muchas gracias!!
