Welcome to El Parrillo, a peaceful countryside home in Spain surrounded by nature. The property is part of a working farm, so having someone help keep the house clean and organized makes a huge difference to everyone's daily life.
This opportunity is ideal for volunteers who enjoy creating clean, comfortable spaces. The work focuses on household tasks rather than farming, and you'll become part of a relaxed environment where your help is genuinely appreciated.
The house is comfortable and modern, featuring air conditioning, solar power, a swimming pool, a large porch, and beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy during your free time.
Your main role is helping keep the house clean, tidy, and organized. Typical tasks include:
* Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
* Dusting and wiping surfaces
* Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
* Washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry
* Loading and unloading the dishwasher
* Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
* Cleaning and organizing the refrigerator
* Taking out rubbish and recycling
* Light organizing and other household chores as needed
The work schedule follows the Worldpackers standard, leaving you with plenty of free time to relax, explore the area, or enjoy the property.
We want everyone to enjoy a respectful and relaxed atmosphere. We simply ask that you:
* Treat the house, furniture, and equipment with care.
* Clean up after yourself outside of your volunteer tasks.
* Be respectful of shared spaces and other people living on the property.
* Communicate if you have questions or need help.
* Arrive on time for agreed working hours.
* Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during the night.
* Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
* Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property.
* Help us maintain a friendly, positive, and welcoming environment.
