Um ótimo hostel para se voluntariar. O staff é muito simpático e as atividades são tranquilas de fazer. Os hóspedes são bem participativos na aula de yoga, bom local para você desenvolver sua prática dando aula. Passeio para mergulho foi bem legal e eles oferecem jantar 3 vezes por semana. Infelizmente houve uma falta de clareza na comunicação e de empatia pelo anfitrião por não saber dar feedback, seja bem claro com as suas necessidades, tive problemas com o sono durante todo o tempo por conta do meu quarto ficar próximo da bomba dágua. No mais, valeu a pena a experiência.

We're glad you enjoyed the team, teaching yoga, and our activities. We’d like to clarify that we provide a clear volunteer guide outlining all tasks within the role and our management team is always available around the hostel or via WhatsApp for support. We value open communication and always aim to communicate expectations transparently from the beginning. Some parts of the role didn’t meet these expectations, and feedback we gave unfortunately wasn't followed. We wish you safe travels!

Um dos melhores voluntariados que já fiz em 5 meses viajando pelo mundo. Logo quando cheguei fui super bem recebida por Kyle e Ry, e depois conheci a Nastia que me recebeu super bem também. O trabalho foi bem divertido e tranquilo, quanto mais eu trabalhava promovendo o hostel, mais eu me divertia e aproveitava meu tempo nas ilhas o hostel's. A equipe do staff super tranquila e muitas vezes muito parceira também. Sem falar na gerente Krista que também foi muito maravilhosa. Pude praticar meu inglês todo dia, e enfrentar o desafio de uma língua estrangeira com pessoas novas todos os dias.

I couldn't have asked for a better first volunteering experience. 💚🐢 I absolutely loved my time at the hostel and helping organise all the activities, from trivia and bingo to games nights, pool parties and beach clean-ups. Most of all, I loved meeting so many amazing people and creating memories I'll carry with me for a long time. the hostel gave me the perfect start to this chapter of my journey, and I know I'll carry a little piece of the hostel in my heart forever. Thank you for everything!

I had the most amazing month teaching yoga at the hostel on the hostel T! In addition to teaching one class a day the tasks are very simple and straight forward. Also, the community at the hostel is unmatched and so supportive. The fellow volunteers quickly become like family, the best guests come stay at the hostel, and Bryn (manager) and Bogi (head rep) are super organized and I was grateful for the structure they had in place. Beware that the hostel T can be a bit heavy on the partying but there is never any pressure to drink. I couldn't have asked for a better first volunteering experience.

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel and will cherish this experience forever! I'm so grateful to the team and staff for making the hostel feel like a home away from home. Not only was I able to share my yoga practice with guests, but we help keep the local cats fed and work to keep our beach clean! It's a great opportunity and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Volunteering at the hostel on the hostel was an absolute dream! The hostel staff & volunteers are so lovely, and the island is actual paradise. The work is very fair & simple - mainly just chatting to guests and hosting some activities. I'm grateful to have spent a month on this beautiful island with amazing people, and would recommend this position to everyone:)

I really enjoyed my time as a social butterfly. Your task during the day are very easy if you are a social person. You also get to go to snorkeling (my fav part) and boat parties. You also have free drinks every night if you want to go out so that's a big plus! I want to say thanks to Bogi and Reis as they were very helpful all the time. Same with the local workers. The most friendly persons I've ever met!

J'ai eu une très bonne expérience à l'auberge de jeunesse. J'avais mon lit dans une chambre partagée, un vélo à disposition. J'étais sur les shifts de l'après midis, ainsi je m'occupais des activités comme les sorties snorkeling, les boat party, les pool party, et les shifts à l'auberge en tant que « social » pour occuper les guests. l'auberge de jeunesse T est une très bonne île et on s'y sent très bien sûr plusieurs semaines. Aussi ce poste est une bonne opportunité de rencontre beaucoup de personnes différentes.

Volunteering as a yoga teacher at the hostel on the hostel T was truly the best experience. The hostel becomes your home, the staff and other volunteers are like family, and the energy of the island is unmatched. It was the perfect place to gain experience teaching yoga, the yoga shala is absolutely beautiful and most people attending the class are beginners. Apart from teaching, the role involves socialising with guests and helping out with breakfast. It isn't a party hostel, but it is very social, so best for more of an extroverted yoga teacher. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you to the hostel fam.
