The summer month in the Hostel are always very quiet, so there is not a lot to do really - mainly keeping the Hostel clean (really important!! thats why you should be willing and able to ) and looking after the (few) guests there will be. An important thing to know is that you will run the place on your own - even though its not a complicated thing to do - there is a certain amount of responsibility involved. You also wont be alltogether alone .

Lavanderia gratuita: Você pode usar nossa lavanderia gratuitamente.
Passeios de graça: Te levamos para fazer tours e passeios pela cidade. De graça!
Bicicletas à vontade: Use nossas bikes à vontade, quando quiser.
Carona na chegada: Te buscamos na sua chegada a cidade e damos uma carona até aqui.
Use nossa cozinha equipada: Fique à vontade para usar nossa cozinha para cozinhar sua própria comida.

In exchange for running the Hostel you will have your own private room plus the unlimited use of the Hostel car you can explore the island with. You will be shown all the necesary things that will enable you to run the Hostel. Its pretty simple. PLEASE NOTE: From July 14 until the end of September you will stay in a big, beautiful house on your own. There is a cat that needs to be looked after and the plants to be watered. This house is one minute walk from the Hostel.
The chores are welcoming Hostel guests, show them around, give them a little information. Then keeping the place tidy, wash the bedlinen, prepare beds. There is also the handling of small amounts of money involved.
And as above: look after the cat and water the plants in the house you will be staying at.
There are no rules as such. Be friendly to the guests, make them feel welcome and at home. No heavy drugs and excessive alcohol consumtion, no violence - that kind of things.
