Sem dúvida, o melhor lugar que eu poderia ter imaginado para passar minha estadia na pousada. A pousada é incrivelmente gratificante e recompensante, além de ser simplesmente divertida. O anfitrião e a equipe de gestão são super receptivos e atenciosos. Verdadeiramente um lugar onde você pode ser autêntico e a melhor versão de si mesmo. Fiz amigos que sempre vou valorizar. Kilian integrou-se imediatamente à vida do acampamento. Ele se conectou com os campistas e com a equipe com muita facilidade. Ele era um aprendiz rápido, muito adaptável e sempre aberto a experimentar coisas novas. Ele fez uma contribuição significativa ao Programa de Inglês, com crianças que amavam suas aulas toda semana. Ele era muito responsável, sempre aceitava um desafio e, não importava o que tivesse que ser feito, eu sempre soube que ele cumpriria suas tarefas com ótimos resultados. A energia e o entusiasmo de Taren pelo acampamento são incrivelmente contagiosos. Ele enfrenta cada tarefa com um sorriso e vai além a cada vez. Ele interagiu sem esforço com os campistas e integrou-se perfeitamente à equipe. Taren foi um grande ativo para o acampamento, e especialmente para o programa esportivo. É divertido trabalhar com ele, mas ao mesmo tempo ele é muito maduro e responsável, e ele tem uma energia tão positiva que todos adoraram tê-lo por perto. Obrigado, Taren, e espero vê-lo novamente!

I was so excited for this one, but my experience was deeply disappointing and shockingly far from what was advertised on the platform. From the moment I arrived, it became clear that the expectations placed on volunteers went FAR beyond what is reasonable for a work exchange. The work hours were excessive (up to 16h/day), and there was a lack of basic hygiene, water and respect. When I raised my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and repression, demanded to remain silent. There are multiple serious criminal activities happening there, no wonder they were already banned from Worka...

É muito triste ler este feedback, pois trabalhamos muito para apoiar voluntários e oferecer oportunidades de crescimento, intercâmbio cultural e para causar um impacto positivo nas crianças. Ajustamos a agenda da Isa para atender aos seus pedidos pessoais, que normalmente não oferecemos. Isa frequentemente perdia reuniões, criando distância em relação ao grupo, mas saía de bom humor, então foi surpreendente ouvir mais tarde que ela desencorajava outras pessoas a se juntarem. Lamentamos que a experiência dela tenha tomado esse rumo e desejamos a ela tudo de melhor.

Quieres conocer a una persona comprensiva haz este voluntariado. Muchos días yo estaba muy distraída y sabía que Daly lo notaba pero aún así ella siempre estuvo con una sonrisa todo el tiempo y muy amable. Ella contagia su alegría y entusiasmo para hacer las cosas. Además es un lugar donde compartirás con personas de diferentes edades pero en especial con niños y te darás cuenta de la magia de la vida y como pasa tan rápido. Aprenderás el valor del trabajo en equipo y tradiciones rumanas. Te harán sentir como en casa siempre serás tratado como uno más de la familia.

From the beginning I was warmly welcomed at the guest house. Despite we didn't receive much groups during the month I volunteered, due to the season, I had a lot of fun. I could connect with my inner joyful and playful child, dance, laugh, and create beautiful connections. The responsibilities were clear, but they were constantly changing, so flexibility is a must. I had a great place to sleep, and the food was enough. Thank you Dali for everything!

I liked the place, the food and my partners. I didn't have fun when I had to work. I thought I was going to help with kids, then I was going to do on-site maintenance, and finally I spent most of my time washing dishes. It seems important to me to know in advance when your day off is and your hours. If you are going to do the experience of doing activities with the children, I think it is an excellent option. If you are going to do other activities, you could discuss this in advance. Anyway i was happy to arrive there i wish the best to the guest house...

A unique experience helping with a few groups over the October half term. Friendly and welcoming people and the other volunteers were from all over the world, making the experience even more interesting. Thank you for a wonderful time!

My experience here was absolutely awesome! In a fast working environment, we lead workshops, games and taught English to kids of all ages from all over Romania. Though we worked many hours in the week, it was all worth it because of the open-minded, kind staff who came from all over the world with the common interest of kids and community. Everyday we encountered new tasks and team challenges which strengthened our relationships with one another and every week we'd encounter a new group of loving kids - some of whom you can't help but attach to which makes it very emotional in the end!
