A experiência

Be part of a small and cozy coliving surrounded by the volcano, banana fields, and the ocean. Our coliving has 7 private rooms one of which would be share within you and another volunteer. The activities that I would need help are basically Daily cleaning, Social Media, Check-ins, Jacuzzi Maintenance, Gardening, and Organize weekly events. Details on each of these activities are further explained once you apply for the position.

My expectation is to find a respectful and responsible volunteer that I can rely on to be part of the our tiny coliving family. As of now I have been doing everything myself but would like more personal time and this is the main reason why I am now looking for help. In the event that I feel that the volunteering position is not being fulfilled properly, the volunteer will be notified to vacate the room in 24-48 hours.

Regras

- Keep the room in good condition during the stipulated rental period.
- Notify the owner, in the shortest possible time, in case of breakdown, damage or accident that may occur in the home and / or room during the stay.
- Do not cause inconvenience to neighbors and tenants, including the landlord.
- Respecting the quiet hours from 12 am to 7am from Monday to Friday.
- The spa area may be used between the hours between 8:00 and 23:00, unless previously agreed with the landlord
- The consumption of food and beverages is prohibited as well as smoking while using the spa
- No consumption of Ilegal Drugs in the coliving
