We are a new design hostel located in the heart of Antalya making it the perfect base for exploring the city. It was originally an old-city building recently renovated and transformed into a boutique hostel in June 2022. We have 8 dorms and 2 private rooms for now, but we are opening new areas soon. We are 8 minutes walking distance to the coast and 3 mins to old Town. There are trains and buses to reach wherever you want to visit.

We need someone with kindness and a positive attitude towards other staff and guests. In general, we need help with the reception and daily chores; cleaning, and making beds. We have 2 different shifts - morning and evening 4 hours each and they have slightly different duties and paces; we work with a weekly schedule which is fair for everyone to interchange them with days off in between the working days.

We expect our volunteers to not just be here for their duties and disappear, but rather to become part of the hostel atmosphere and team, to eat, have fun, hang out with the guests and the other volunteers they will meet here, and participate in the different hostel activities

Atividades & Turnos

MORNING SHIFT 9am - 1pm
9 am - 11am
1. Morning coffee, tea
2. Cleaning the kitchen if there are dirty dishes, food, etc. after the night
3. Checking the garden for cleanliness
4. Checking toilets, showers for toiletries (paper, soap, buckets)
11-13
1. Warning guest about check out
2. Change of sheets, pillows, blankets.

Evening shift 6pm - 10pm
1. Check toilets for toiletries, showers (paper, soap, baskets).
2. Keeping the kitchen clean in the evening
3. Sometimes to help with activities if needed
4. Helping the guest if he asked
5. Watering the plants in the garden
6. 21 00 - re-check all common areas (toilets, showers (paper, soap), garden (garbage, dishes ...), kitchen (dirty dishes, clean tables))
