Minha experiência foi incrível! Thanos e sua família do primeiro dia me receberam muito bem e me fizeram sentir em casa!! São pessoas incríveis. O hotel é maravilhoso, com visuais incríveis, conexão 100% com a natureza. E o pôr do sol todos os dias era um show de cores diferente, eu amei! 🥺 O café da manhã é delicioso e você tem super espaço para estar com você mesmo ao ar livre. Eles sempre estão dispostos a ajudar você e fazem você se sentir acolhido e bem! A energia do lugar é maravilhosa! Thanos obrigado de coração por tudo! Adorei conhecer vocês. Amei a guest house ❤️🥰😍

After visit different countries and after almost 3 months there, the guest house became my favorite place in the world. 🥰❤️ This is my second review so, about some points mentioned: -We shared a room, different schedules can be a challenge, but common sense and communication solve most issues. I don't like treating staff differently; -Breakfast like a guest, kitchen and food for personal meals. As a team, we must respect each other and share, especially because never a lack of food, as the hotel's groceries are purchased daily. This is volunteering, not a private hotel stay or parent's house.

Rebeca, I just want to say a huge thank you for everything you did for me and for Belvedere. ❤️ You were honestly one of the best volunteers I could have asked for, and I’m so happy that our paths crossed.
You were always there when I needed you, always willing to help, and you brought such a beautiful energy with you every day. I really appreciated not only your hard work, but also your kindness, your smile and the way you cared about everything as if it were your own ! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️

I never imagined I would find a place so welcoming and special. Thanos was incredibly attentive from the very beginning, always making sure the team was okay. “Don't worry, be happy 🎶” That's simply his energy 🫶🥰 One advice? Allow yourself to fully live this experience and learn from both the team and this family. I'm sure it will become an unforgettable experience. I created connections that I intend to carry with me for the rest of my life. Leaving feels like leaving a piece of myself behind. I could say so much more, but in life, some things are simply impossible to put into words…❤️

A truly perfect experience. Thanos and his family welcomed me wonderfully from day one, very kind and always ready to help. Tasks were clear and well defined, around 3-4 hours a day, and the time flew by so easily it barely felt like work! The other girls I shared this experience with were lovely too, making for a really nice group atmosphere :)) The place itself is magical: nature, calm, relaxation, with beaches just steps away and a breathtaking sunset view. And the breakfasts.. some of the best of my life! I'll miss this place. Highly recommended! The motto here is simple: no stress!

Thanos is super relaxed & understanding, reception work is agreed hours & basic tasks if anything. Overall a magical, amazing stay!! You share a small room with staff & volunteers, up to 6 others. Transport could be limited so be prepared to walk. To know but not Thanos's fault: Staff could be inconsiderate, waking & keeping you up at 6am with the lights, hairdryer, phone calls, etc. Hotel is on a hill abt 15min walk from nearest beach Albanian supermarkets are limited and you don't purchase your own food so it can be difficult to plan meals. Overall I highly recommend for shorter stays, 2-3wk

Overall, I had a good stay ! The town is small, not much to do but ideal to relax and reconnect with nature. The work is simple and minimal. Shoutout to Thanos and his family who were always kind to me, caring and generous. One negative point is the location, it's a 30 minute walk to the city or beach, up or downhill under 40 degrees. It was not possible to get a lift most of the time. Also, the atmosphere in the shared dorm was tense. The roommates were really loud, it was very difficult to sleep. They were not nice to me most of the time and it really made my stay complicated.

This was my very first experience as a volunteer with Worldpackers and I've been so lucky to spend it with Thanos in the guest house! Steph, Cece, Jen, Mama and Baba have been the best company ever, and I already miss my other argentine volunteer Cat 😭 The tasks were very simple, we had to clean the kitchen and cook the lunch for everyone, I loved the beaches and Filikuri will always have a special place in my heart. A big thank you to the host, he's been so patient and respectful with me, always! I hope the future volunteers will love this place as much as I did. ❤️☀️

My volunteering experience in Himare was sensational. I learned a lot about cooking and also improved my english. Thanos is an incredible host, and his family is very generous and loving. They always treated us very well. I hope to return soon :)

Arriving at the guest house felt like taking a deep breath and feeling earthed again. The whole place with its stunning view holds a very peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, delicious food and very nice and funny people. The work was actually so much fun and easy going and the location was great even though you had to walk like 20 minutes into the guest house but the view is really worth it. The room is cozy and clean and I would come back in a heartbeat - I really wished I could've stayed longer! (and protected my nose better!! :) )
