Sem dúvida, o melhor hostel de Dahab! o hostel tem uma mistura incrível de ótimos hóspedes, gestão e equipe eficazes e simpáticos, e tantos eventos ótimos para aproveitar (a maioria deles gratuitos 😉). O trabalho é tranquilo, mas ainda o bastante para permanecer envolvido com os hóspedes e com o que está acontecendo pela cidade, e você tem bastante tempo livre para aproveitar Dahab por conta própria também. Honestamente, não perca a oportunidade de se juntar à equipe aqui :)

Eu adoro o albergue! As tarefas são divertidas e descontraídas e você conhece pessoas incríveis! A equipe do albergue é incrível, e eu realmente estendi minha estadia porque Dahab é um lugar muito especial! Recomendo muito a oportunidade de voluntariado!!!

Tive um tempo muito agradável no hostel; principalmente trabalhei criando reels para redes sociais e fotografia. Eles funcionam como uma família e sempre há algo a fazer! O ambiente é incrível e acabei indo fazer snorkel e para uma festa na montanha com eles, enquanto tirava um pouco de tempo para fazer minha parte também :). Ficaria muito feliz em voltar! :)

I volunteered at the hostel for two months and ended up extending my stay thanks to the welcoming and friendly team. From day one, I felt part of the hostel family. From an HR perspective 🤓, what makes the hostel special is the quality of its people, which clearly reflects the strong vision and values of the management. I met wonderful people and leave with great memories. The tasks are simple with a flexible schedule. For future volunteers: come with an open mind and enjoy the experience. Não consigo colocar minha experiência em palavras — e, é claro, minha opinião é tendenciosa, porque a equipe Rafikis se tornou minha família. O trabalho é incrível, e para quem gosta de interação social, realmente não há lugar melhor. Os horários são respeitados, tudo está organizado, e tudo o que eles pedem em troca é comprometimento. Adorei a energia, a equipe e tudo o que vivemos lá. Minha família em Dahab — uma parte da minha vida que nunca vou esquecer. Obrigado por tudo. I had the most amazing time at the hostel in Dahab! From the moment I arrived, the vibe was absolutely incredible. The team at the hostel is top-notch—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to introduce me to the city and its amazing culture, showing me the best spots and the hidden gems that make Dahab so unique. What I loved the most were the daily events and activities—they really created a sense of community and fun. Every day there was something to do, whether it was a group outing, a diving trip, or just chilling with fellow travelers.

Absolutely loved volunteering for the hostel! I have experience volunteering for different hostels and this one is definitely doing A LOT of things right for the short time they've been operating. I loved the quality of events we were in charge of. They don't joke around with that. At first it was a bit overwhelming learning so much and so fast but then I got the hang of it and every manager did remind me of my capabilities and were willing to talk things through when mistakes happened, which is something I highly appreciate! I finished this experience with a huge smile on my face! Thank youu!

Volunteering at the hostel was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Dahab is a very special town that truly changed my life. The hostel is a perfect place to meet people from all over the world! For me, though, the thing that makes it special is the opportunity to connect with locals. Many Egyptians stay at the hostel, and it's beautiful to connect with them. At the hostel, you're genuinely treated as a volunteer, and the staff members are the kindest people I've ever met. I'm really grateful for this experience and hope to come back soon! <3
