YUAN was an amazing experience. We are very grateful with you guys, because you gave us many advices and info for enjoy our time in Kluang. Also they took us to different places where we had the chance to know more about the local life, how people works day by day and obviously made us closer to the asian culture. Hopefully you also are satisfied with our contribution even when it was not too much due to YUAN is a new hostel. All of you guys are very kind and we wish the best for you and your projects.

The hostel is located in a smallcity so the locals aren't that used to seeing tourists, but they are mostly welcoming.Be aware that the work is basically cleaning the common areas and welcoming guests and that's nice to see that they're trying to build a community space that's open for everyone.However, there weren't many guests so if you're looking for a more touristy/party experience you might get bored. O clima tranquilo da cidade e o autêntico charme local proporcionam uma experiência única, perfeito para quem busca comunidade em vez de multidões. Embora não seja tão turístico, oferece uma oportunidade especial de se conectar com os moradores e desfrutar de atividades relaxantes como caminhadas e noites de jogos. The host never communicated with respect toward others,which made all the environment very awkward and uncomfortable. We would have to get up at 7am to do chores while he sat down and demand orders. The place was nice actually, too bad there were bedbugs, in which he said we weren't cleaning properly. There are no proper doors in the dorms, that means there is never a really good flow of fresh air or a consistent A/C. The only good thing about all this, are the other amazing volunteer that I met here. After 4 days, we all decided to leave this place.

Senhorita Darincka chegou ao nosso hostel para serviço de voluntariado na data real, depois de entender nosso fluxo de trabalho e políticas por meio de uma conversa oficial na plataforma Workpacker. Infelizmente, ela usou nossa oferta gratuita de refeição e acomodação, após passear pela cidade, e saiu com outro voluntário.
A avaliação dela não é verdadeira, pois ela apenas deixou críticas negativas aqui para evitar que lhe déssemos críticas negativas.
Como ela saiu sem fazer nenhum trabalho para nós, decidimos marcá-la como No-show no sistema para encerrar este intercâmbio desnecessário e sem sentido...

The hosts seemed really nice at first, but after a couple of hours I saw how they really are. From the first moment I arrived they were talking bad about other (past) volunteers and a current one who had an accident and broke their sink. They continuously shamed him in front of everyone and just made the environment unwelcoming and uncomfortable. There was also police involved (because of the sink) and so the environment got even worse. After that the host seemed pissed off and I felt unsafe. Left after 2 days without saying anything, just sending a message (rude ik but it felt safest)

Estamos fazendo o nosso melhor para perdoar o que Kai nos fez e escolher comentar sobre o seu trabalho, especialmente porque sempre acreditamos que não é a forma correta de manter ressentimentos pessoais e continuar brigando desnecessariamente entre nós.
Embora tenhamos lidado com muitos viajantes e voluntários ao longo de todo esse tempo, especialmente também costumávamos ficar em outros lugares como voluntários antes de começarmos este hostel, esta é a nossa primeira vez em que encontramos uma voluntária tão desrespeitosa e irresponsável quanto Kai, que ainda tem a coragem de falar mal do anfitrião que lhe ofereceu refeições grátis e 2 dias de acomodação em um quarto com ar-condicionado, mesmo ela tendo se recusado a cumprir sua tarefa como cargo de Conteúdo de Mídia e tenha fugido repentinamente enquanto o gerente ainda dormia para se recuperar do caos causado por ela.
Na verdade, todas as queixas dela em sua avaliação foram criadas por ela e começaram com ela.
Para manter nosso princípio acima, decidimos manter a história verdadeira em privado e damos as boas-vindas aos anfitriões interessados em hospedar Kai para que nos enviem uma mensagem privada para que possamos ajudar o anfitrião a tomar a decisão.
