Realmente gostei da minha estadia e pedi para ficar mais um mês. Adorei trabalhar nos jardins e ver as melhorias que todos estão fazendo (especialmente Dave e Darcy). Aprendi tanto sobre permacultura e comunidades intencionais. A própria comunidade é tão acolhedora e fiz amigos genuínos aqui com quem espero manter contato.

Ótima oportunidade para aprender sobre permacultura. Muitos moradores vivem lá, então se você quer conhecer australianos, é um ótimo lugar para isso. Vibe muito interessante e hippie. Adorei o mel caseiro deles e os vegetais cultivados em casa.

Este lugar parece ter realmente melhorado desde as últimas avaliações deixadas pelos voluntários. As pessoas foram incrivelmente acolhedoras e, quanto ao drama, conseguimos ficar fora com facilidade. Minha observação principal: esteja preparado para ouvir algumas ideias religiosas incomuns de alguns habitantes. Não me importo com isso, mas pode deixar desconfortáveis outras pessoas. Ficamos no edifício Lorikeet, e embora eu pudesse ver evidências anteriores de mofo negro (conforme mencionaram outras avaliações), ficou claro que foi tratado e na maior parte removido :) O trabalho foi muito gratificante e relaxante; a comida estava deliciosa! Todos realmente foram ótimos.

I wouldn't come back here, nor recommend this place to anyone. Positives; unlimited free food, beautiful location, free accom, deep in nature, flexible with hours (I was sick for the first 2.5 weeks and they allowed me to make up hours missed). Negatives; black mold EVERYWHERE, everyone was sick from it while I was there. The energy of this place is really strange, the majority of people here are very self centered and not looking to connect with volunteers. There is a ton of gossip, passive aggressiveness, & no structure whatsoever. Also there was a domestic incident between members. 2/10.

É interessante ler isso porque você pediu para prolongar sua estadia e não aceitamos sua solicitação, pois você não tinha uma boa reputação por fazer qualquer esforço, apesar de ter chegado adoentado.
Dois outros voluntários fantásticos que ajudaram com um estande de mercado não podiam acreditar que você contasse as horas no mercado quando eles disseram que você não ajudou.
Isso me parece uma resenha vingativa.

I truly loved staying in the the community. All the members and volunteers were very kind, considerate, and I was able to connect with many wonderful people. I really enjoyed working in the garden and learning more about sustainability and permaculture. Of course, sometimes things don't run perfectly, but if you're willing to contribute your part to improve things, you will have a fantastic time.

I have really enjoyed my time at the the community and spending time with the group of people there , volunteers and the community members alike! The work felt rewarding and fun, especially when working along side others and I really appreciated that you could take your own initiative and choose what you wanted to help with, to assist the the community, depending on your preferences. The surrounding nature is beautiful and I have been able to go on day trips to noosa, do various hikes and see the eumundi markets, which I would definitely recommend!

I had a great time at the the community, the people are really welcoming and we did some great day trips to see the local area too. There was a variety of jobs to get stuck into, from working in the garden with June who taught us all about the different plants, to cleaning guest rooms with Emma, to organising and cleaning the the community buildings. Everyone takes turns cooking for the the community and dinner is shared every evening, other than that you can help yourself to food whenever you're hungry.

This is a beautiful place with a diversity of tasks including cleaning, gardening, and random upkeep/admin tasks! I really connected with the new the community members and had lots of fun welcoming new volunteers and getting to work together! the the community seems to be in a bit of a transitional period so I expect some improvements will be made to create a better vibe overall; but as a volunteer I had so much fun connecting with people from all over the world, taking every chance to go to the Eumundi markets and the beach, and learning alot from June in the garden! Would recommend for sure!

I was so sad to leave. the the community is a beautiful place full of wonderful people in the most stunning nature. Working in the garden was a lot of fun and Ian has a lot of knowledge he can share with you on permaculture and sustainable living. I loved every evening when everyone comes together and cooks and enjoys yummy food (sometimes fresh out of the garden) The accommodation was wonderful with my own room and clean bathrooms. I will hold all my memories dear to my heart and would recommend everyone to go.
