Minha experiência foi, infelizmente, muito negativa devido ao comportamento inadequado de um gerente muito mais velho que trabalha e mora no hotel. Ele fez constantes investidas e ainda utilizou outros funcionários para mandar seus recados. Isso me deixou insegura, vigiada e sem liberdade. Deixei claro para ele que eu estava apenas para voluntariado, mas a situação se repetiu várias vezes. Como mulher, não pretendo voltar sozinha à Turquia, considerando o comportamento bruto de alguns homens como um todo. Com outros funcionários eu fui muito bem respeitada, mas por um todos perdem!

Passei um tempo incrível fazendo voluntariado! Conheci tantas pessoas locais e realmente foi como estar em casa. Inclusive me permitiram ficar mais tempo do que eu havia planejado, porque estava tendo um tempo incrível. O trabalho é justo e não é complicado. Adorei conversar com as pessoas para ajudá-las a melhorar o inglês.

My experience was extremely positive. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable at all times. I had the opportunity to interact with the staff, which greatly enriched my stay. The facilities are pleasant, the food is of excellent quality, and the schedule was quite flexible. I highly recommend this volunteer program, as it provides safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment in every sense. Moreover, as a woman, I always felt secure and supported, and the accommodation provided contributed significantly to making my experience truly rewarding.

Truly Grateful 🤩🤩 An Amazing Expirence Beyond What I Imagined. Im honestly so grateful for this opportunity. I didn't come with any expectations, but this expirience ended up surprising me in the best way posible.💯💯 The hotel is super comfortable and beatuful, with many great facilities - including swimming pools, sauna, 🧖🏻gym, billiards room, and more. The working hours were very manageable and relaxed, which gave me time to enjoy everything the place has to offer. The food was another big highlight: even though the app mentions two meals, i actually received three delicious buffet meals!! 😃

I was accepted to volunteer in the hotel with very short notice and I had a very warm welcome from the staff who work in the hotel. They were flexible about work options and my preferred hours, and the work in the cafe was easy and sociable, and I got to learn a lot of Turkish phrases through this. It's a great opportunity to experience local life in a small Turkish town and learn some Turkish, since the locals and staff generally don't speak a lot of English. I had a lot of fun with the staff and many relaxing moments in the nearby nature.

Volunteering at Esila Hotel was a great experience! The buffet meals were delicious, tasks were very easy, and we had access to the pool, sauna, and pool tables, which made everything super enjoyable. The place is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to communicate with you, creating a beautiful cultural exchange. I felt really welcomed and comfortable during my stay! 🥳🙏🏼

Cannot recommend this place enough! They accepted me on a short notice but still managed to make it a great experience. As soon as I arrived, Ahmed and Elnara welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. They took me for a tour of Termal, a small but beautiful little Turkish town, aswell as the bigger city the hotel close by. The work is just as agreed upon, the food is amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Big thank you to everyone who was a part of my experience here <3

Minha experiência com este anfitrião foi negativa. O gerente de perfil não é a pessoa que realmente recebe os voluntários. Antes de chegar, nos disseram que eles não trabalhavam mais no hotel listado e ofereceram outro voluntário em uma cidade diferente, o que aceitamos, pois precisávamos deixar o país, mas isso não estava listado em seu perfil. A acomodação não foi como prometido; nos disseram que ficaríamos apenas uma semana em uma cama de solteiro, mas acabamos ficando mais de duas semanas porque outra pessoa estendeu a permanência sem que soubéssemos; não havia um plano ou cronograma claro, as tarefas foram improvisadas e desorganizadas.
