My first volunteer experience couldn't have been better! At Hrydaia I felt welcomed and respected, even with my language barriers. The community is kind and inclusive. I learned a lot about yoga philosophy through daily practices. Tasks were well divided – I helped with maintenance, gardening, and a bit in the kitchen. The food was amazing and the accommodation super comfortable. I stayed 7 weeks and would have stayed longer. Mazunte is a magical place! I also made deep connections and left feeling inspired and grateful.
