Nosso tempo no hostel foi realmente incrível. O trabalho é leve e gerenciável. A equipe é um sonho, tão divertida e fácil de conviver. Você tem bastante tempo para si mesmo após o trabalho e você nunca terá um dia entediante no hostel. Realmente teríamos ficado mais tempo se eu não tivesse que voltar antes do previsto, mas a comunicação com Mathilde foi muito fácil e compreensiva. Só posso recomendar este lugar 🖤

Um dos hostels mais agradáveis e acolhedores que já experimentei, e, honestamente, não acho que possa ser superado. Ele possui uma variedade de jogos, livros, mesas de bilhar e uma piscina, o que é ótimo para encontrar um hostel em que você queira passar o tempo e não apenas dormir. A carga de trabalho é leve e distribuída de forma uniforme entre os voluntários que trabalham das 9:30 às 12:30, para que você tenha o restante do dia para se divertir. a equipe é tão fofa e amigável que, de alguma forma, você vai fazer amizade com todo mundo em cerca de 24 horas. no geral, um lugar sensacional que definitivamente recomendo a qualquer outro viajante.

I volunteered at the hostel for about a month together with my girlfriend, and the experience was absolutely amazing. When we arrived we were positively stunned at how cozy the hostel was, the pictures alone doesn't do it justice. We immediately felt very welcomed and taken care of. The workload is very fair, the regular day consisted of working 3 hours in the morning, doing housekeeping or maintenance. There's a lot to discover around Port Macquarie, from great beaches and diners, to amazing nature reserves. I can't recommend the hostel enough. If you get the chance, go!

Voluntariado no hostel foi realmente incrível. A equipe era tão amável e simpática, as horas eram razoáveis e você ainda tinha tempo suficiente para mergulhar na piscina e relaxar depois do turno. Aprendemos como tal hostel funciona nos bastidores e ficamos muito gratos por adquirir algumas habilidades de limpeza e jardinagem. Também criamos amizades profundas e conexões com os outros voluntários. Em resumo, a vida em Port Macquarie e no hostel é ótima e nós sempre faríamos de novo :)) <3

Eu me diverti muito no albergue! A equipe é muito acolhedora e Alex e Jonathan organizaram algumas atividades divertidas. O albergue tem uma atmosfera muito agradável. Os membros da equipe têm sua própria área com cabines e um banheiro. Port Macquarie em si é uma cidade bonita e bastante tranquila.

The hostel was the perfect spot to start my journey around Australia. Staff and other volunteers were all so sound. The work is reasonable and they are happy to accommodate your schedule so you can pick up paid work around the town! Staff do their best to make sure you feel comfortable and included. I'll miss the place x

My stay at the hostel was wonderful! There is nothing to complain about, the work is super chilled and I really enjoyed working together in a team with the other volunteers. Also the private cabins that you share as volunteers are super cozy and the facilities in general very nice to just spend the day around. We had so many fun nights together and with the hostel guests, that it's not a problem that the town itself is quite calm :) Thank you so much to Mathilde and Vanessa for always making sure that I'm feeling good and for being so welcoming!

Lovely place, lovely people! Volunteering here has been one of my best experiences. Everyone was so kind and fun. The staff area could be improved a bit, but everything else was really great.

I had a really good experience at the hostel! I met a lot of incredible people and had a lot of fun! The tasks are so simple and really flexible. I would highly recommend this volunteer if you want to experience and travel around port Macquarie. The hostel was so lovely and confortable.

I had an amazing time at the hostel! Matilde, Sarah and the entire team were incredibly welcoming and great to hang out with. The working hours were totally reasonable and left plenty of free time. I'm so grateful for all the memories I made there and will definitely be back!
