Fahrräder zur Verfügung: Du kannst unsere Fahrräder jederzeit nutzen.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Surfbretter: Du kannst unsere Surfbretter so oft nutzen, wie du möchtest.

Surfunterricht: Nimm an kostenlosen Surfkursen an den lokalen Stränden teil.

Schneller Internetzugang: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

What you may help with

You may help us with light and occasional activities such as:

Preparing small welcome details for guests
Sharing ideas to improve the guest experience
Taking simple photos or videos for social media
Helping with storytelling and content about the area
Practising languages and communicating with guests in a friendly way, when appropriate
Helping create simple local experience ideas, such as beach walks, forest walks, nature tips or wellness moments
Helping prepare ideas for short walks in the pine forest and nearby natural areas
Sharing local recommendations with guests in a friendly and informal way
Supporting light organisation of common areas

You will not be responsible for running the business, managing reservations, handling payments, doing professional cleaning or replacing paid staff.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

You may help with light and occasional activities such as preparing small welcome details, organising guest experience ideas, taking simple photos or videos, helping with social media content, sharing local tips, practising languages and supporting the peaceful atmosphere of the accommodation.

You will not be responsible for running the business, managing reservations, handling payments, or replacing paid staff.

We can agree on flexible shifts, around 4 hours per day, 4 todays per week, depending on the season and needs.

Regeln

This is a quiet and respectful place, not a party environment.

We ask volunteers to respect guests, neighbours, house rules and quiet hours. No parties, loud music, smoking inside or bringing visitors without permission.

We value responsibility, clear communication, punctuality, cleanliness in shared spaces and a calm attitude.

For legal and practical reasons, volunteers should have the right to stay in Portugal/Schengen during the agreed period and valid travel insurance.
