We are a social enterprise based in Hai Phong. We are looking for volunteers to help us out wi current projects:

Teaching English to mid-income adults and children, Working with a local volunteer group, or Option to teach English at the local Orphanage (twice a week).

In addition to teaching English, volunteers can also help us out with other activities like teaching children how to grow plants, draw and paint, and even first-aid training

How You Can Help

We are looking for volunteers to join our team and help teach English, as well as support our community projects.

You do not need to be a qualified teacher. The most important qualities are enthusiasm, communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

We have welcomed volunteers from many different backgrounds, and everyone brings valuable experiences and skills to the classroom.

Beyond teaching English, we also warmly welcome volunteers who would like to share other skills, hobbies, or experiences with the community.

For example, if you are:

We would love to hear your ideas and create meaningful activities together.

For us, English is not only a language to teach, but also a bridge that connects people, cultures, experiences, and creativity.

Accommodation and Benefits

Volunteers will stay in a modern apartment complex located in a safe and convenient residential area in Hai Phong, approximately 1.5–2 km away from the main teaching centers.

The apartment provides a much more comfortable and modern living environment for volunteers.

Within the apartment complex, volunteers can also enjoy:

The apartment is located in a convenient area close to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation.

The apartment contains two bedrooms, one common living room, one bathroom, and can accommodate a maximum of four volunteers at the same time. Volunteers are arranged by gender to ensure comfort and privacy.

Food and Living Support
From Monday to Friday, volunteers will receive a food allowance of 70,000 VND per day for meals (35,000 VND per meal, two meals per day)
Saturday and Sunday are free days, so volunteers will be responsible for their own meals during weekends
Accommodation is completely free
No fees for accommodation, Wi-Fi, coffee, or transportation around the city

Although we previously cooked meals for volunteers, we are currently unable to continue this service because our main chef is pregnant.
