My stay at the hostel was an incredible first experience with world packers, and surpassed all expectations. Helping with breakfast is very straightforward and all tasks are explained well. With some time, you earn the autonomy to organize your schedule and tasks with the other volunteers and staff, that helps mage everything more efficient. I helped out with some dinners as well, but it highly depends on the guests and the season. I felt incredibly welcomed by all of the team, and I'm very thankful for all of their help and kindness. Highly recommend the experience. ❤️

Minha experiência foi incrível! Acredito que a melhor experiência de voluntariado que já tive até aqui. Todos que trabalham no lugar são pessoas legais, com o jeito italiano de ser. Haha. As acomodações são boas, a comida é muito boa e a localização é incrível! Recomendo! Mas se você é voluntário, tenha bom senso… nesse período vi dos voluntários que passaram aqui, e são bem sem noção. Um foi convidado a se retirar e o outro saiu e não voltou mais. Voluntariado aqui na WP é baseado em “troca”, X horas de trabalhos por estádio é benefícios. Não esqueça de disso.

I stayed for one month at the hostel, and it was my first volunteering experience through Worldpackers. I felt very welcomed from the beginning, and the whole experience was really positive. Peschiera del Garda is a great location, with many things to do in the city and nearby areas, all with easy and quick access. I really enjoyed my time there and hope to have the opportunity to come back again in the future. I definitely recommend this place to other volunteers.

Meet Garda Lake is a nice Hostel in a top location. Just a couple steps from Garda Lake and 18 minutes drive to the city of Verona. There are plenty of things to do, and amazing places to discover, you will have a perfect mix between trekking adventures, beach and nature as well a Italian culture and city life. According to the work, there are many tasks to do and lots of things to learn, it can become a bit hard during busy days when the hostel is full but you will always be supported. All in all it was a great experience, big thanks to Alessio, Matteo and all the Reception team :)

Fue una experiencia muy grata, mi primera experiencia como worldpacker. Alessio, el encargado me entregó mucha confianza y pude moverme libremente dentro del hostel. El trabajo fue super fácil y tranquilo y muchas veces menos horas de las acordadas al principio puesto que no habia mas para hacer, llegue antes de que inicie la temporada y fue una gran fortuna puesto que los fines de semana el hostel estaba cerrado y podía aprovechar para concer otros lugares. Lo recomiendo 100% peschiera del garda es un lugar hermoso, y el hostel es espacioso, con muchos servicios y super limpio

My experience was great. It's such a nice hostel, also super social. I recommend if you're extroverted. Tasks can be a little all over the place (bar, breakfast, cleaning kitchen/ rooms), and the hours are a bit longer than other worldpackers, but how good the hostel is and the location makes up for it. It's a fast pace and can be stressful in high season, so being a hard worker is a plus. It's a 7 minute walk to the lake/beach and a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. It's a gorgeous area and there's so much to see on the lake. Overall i had so much fun and am so grateful to everyone <3 :)

Foi um experiência muito boa! O hostel é muito bom tanto em relação a equipe quanto a infraestrutura, aprendemos muito nas duas semanas que passamos lá! A cidade é linda e muito bem localizada, recomendo muito a experiencia para quem esta disposto a trabalhar e procura por um lugar mais tranquilo.

Tivemos uma experiência muito boa nas duas semanas de voluntariado. A infraestrutura é ótima, localização perfeita para quem gosta de natureza e é bem próximo do centro. Sobre o trabalho, ele é simples, porem exige certa disposição/resiliência para a lidar com a equipe e a carga horária. Portanto, em geral foi um ótimo aprendizado e gostamos muito da experiencia, principalmente com as conversas que tivemos quase todos os dias com o Mateo!
