This volunteering experience turned into one of my favourite travels ever. the hostel really feels like a family, the people you meet and the memories you make are truly unforgettable. The shifts aren't too difficult and are very social, so they often don't feel like work at all. The staff are also always ready to help if you need anything and are patient with the new volunteers. the hostel itself is one of the nicest hostels i've stayed in. I'm so incredibly grateful for this opportunity, I miss everyone so much and hope to see you again soon💗

This was my first experience as a volunteer through worldpackers and it exceeded all of my expectations. Thomas had a lot of understanding towards all of the volunteers. The tasks are diverse and involve a lot of interaction with the guests, and if a volunteer has a preference for a certain type of task, he/she can communicate this to Thomas and he will try to take it into account for next week. I highly recommend this experience to any other person who considers coming here. Big thanks to the hostel family for everything, sending lots of love until we see each other again. Alexia 🩷

I had the absolute best experience at the hostel. This experience will forever have a special place in my heart. The work is fun, the hostel is very nice but the people and the team behind the hostel are very amazing people who are really welcoming and were a very big part of making my experience as amazing as it was. My second home - TPH has exceeded all my expectations. the tasks themselves are simple and easy to learn. You will have the best conditions to da good job thanks to Tomas, the staff and the incredibly sweet cleaning ladies. 🥰🥰thank you is an understatement. See you soon

My time at the hostel was honestly one of the best months of my life. I had an amazing time getting to know all of the other volunteers and travelers. The staff felt like family. It never felt like work it was constantly fun and enjoyable. Porto is the perfect city to explore. Big enough to always have something to do but small enough to walk everywhere. I had a great time exploring during the day and the nightlife was a blast. If you are a social person I couldn't recommend this hostel more!

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the best highlights of my solo trip. the volunteers i met, the staff, and the international travelers were all so amazing. I made great connections and experienced a lot of what porto had to offer! <3 tomas and all the volunteers were my favorite people during my stay, unfortunately i had to cut my experience short due to a family emergency and tomas was more than willing to accommodate that and i thank him for that flexibility ! ❤️🇵🇹

This was my second volunteering that I ever did and I am so so grateful for this experience. The staff and volunteers are such amazing people and I am so grateful to have been able to work alongside them. Porto is a beautiful city and getting to stay in a place like the hostel was so fun and exciting. the hostel is so alive and there is not one day where you get bored. The hours are perfect, never exceeding the agreed ones and even if there happens to be the tiniest problem, there will always be somebody there to help you. I am so thankful to everyone for being so amazing. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience here at the hostel. Honestly I can say with all my heart my days here were amazing and Tomas was really helpful and a really nice person. You will meet new people, make new friendships you will remember for the rest of your life. I will cherish the moments i had here, everyone at the hostel is so welcoming and warm, I will always consider the hostel as my home not only cause its pretty and clean but also home is for the people in the hostel. Learned so much about Portugal and many other countries. Thank you for the memories!

I spend a month at the hostel and I had the best time! The staff and other volunteers are amazing and it was really easy to feel at home here. the hostel itself is really special as well, with awesome guests from all around the world, and really good and clean facilities. The work was really fun most of the time, since it is mostly social activities. As a volunteer you get plenty of time to explore the city, different cities and just hang out at the hostel. I would recommend volunteering here to everyone!
