This has been the best volunteering experience I've ever had. Andjela is such a kind person and an amazing host. She explains the daily tasks very clearly, so everything is easy to understand and flows really well. This volunteering is perfect for you if you're looking to reconnect with yourself, with nature, with animals, and to relax. P.S. I did my best to put into words how deeply grateful I feel for Andjela and this special place. I'm leaving very happy, with a full heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you . You have a friend in me for life. See you very soon!!

I had a very refreshing experience at the lodge. It's the perfect place to go to get in touch with nature and disconnect from the rest of the world. I was very lucky to work alongside another volunteer, so I didn't ever feel lonely, but it is definitely a place of solitude. The property and accommodation is absolutely breathtaking, with many options for walks. Andjela is a very lovely and dedicated person who is nice to be around. The animals are all gorgeous and make the place feel like home. The work varies a lot between days and can be very intense or light work. Overall it was a pleasure!

The lodge is a place full of respect for nature, resources, animals, and the neighbourhood. Andjela and Matija made me feel at home, in this cozy remote spot with cuddly animals and beautiful views. Andjela is really generous and she inspired me as a person, woman, and entrepreneur. I worked mostly outside, which was a great therapeutic workout. There is no better place than here to disconnect, and to connect with yourself. Thank you so much for everything, I will be back! <3

We had a lovely stay at the lodge. Andjela is very passionate about this project and I enjoyed being a part of it. The area is absolutely gorgeous and the accommodations were very nice. When the weather allowed we worked outside surrounded by the scenery, moving wood or hay. Thank you for having us the lodge!

Best experience ever! They take care of my like I was part of their family always. Being with Andjela, Matija, Aria, Sivi, Risto and the chicken was great. Only I have to say it's I'm truly grateful for this experience. I meat local people, visited places, learn about the culture and the country, went to a football match, and much more.

La experiencia fue increíble, Andjela y Matija fueron amables , respetuosos y empáticos. Fueron super considerados con los horarios de trabajo y con las actividades a realizar, pude conocer la cultura local y aprender y mejorar mis habilidades de mantenimiento y construcción. Andjela and Mati are warm persons and want you to feel at home and help you with everything you need. Use of the kitchen to prepare/cook your food was always very uncomplicated.. like in a nice shared apartment. The dogs are a big plus, they are your companions the whole time. :) There was little opportunity to be part of the yoga classes and other activities because of the few guests and there wasn't that much to do as some projects aren't progressing. I can recommend this volunteer position for people who like to disconnect from the city, think ahead and have initiative.

Zur Information und um die restlichen zukünftigen Freiwilligen zu informieren — Yoga-Kurse stehen den Teammitgliedern zur Verfügung, wenn wir Gäste vor Ort haben und diese Aktivitäten für sie organisieren. Das gilt auch für andere Aktivitäten, die im Profil nicht erwähnt sind. Wir hoffen, dass Ihnen der Yoga-Kurs, an dem Sie teilgenommen haben, gefallen hat. :)

Una experiencia muy linda que volvé a repetir! el alojamiento es un proyecto que se basa en la sustentabilidad y promueve el turismo de la zona.. participar en este proyecto me hace ilusión ya que, es dar un poco de mi al sueño y esfuerzo de los anfitriones... Andjela y Matti siempre agradables y muy atentos a todo lo que se necesita en la hora de trabajo y también en los tiempos libres... Arya, Sivi y Risto son un amor (perros y gato)... Mucho contacto con la naturaleza, montaña y uno mismo.. es muy lindo, muy buena experiencia :)

This was such an awesome experience, and in such a beautiful place, with such lovely people... the lodge is up in the hills with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and forests. Andjela and Mattia are gracious hosts who are building a true sustainable community and retreat, complete with some animals, some farming, and a strong sense of environmental awareness. I asked for hard labor work because I wanted the exercise, and I got what I asked for, but they were super accommodating and flexible with work hours, and wanted to make sure I didn't work too hard :) Would definitely return
