Quiet and solitude – Yes. Total Isolation – No.
Most human beings, about 90% of them, need a balance of solitude and people in order to be truly productive. And while you may need complete quiet while working on a particular project or a room with a view for your team pow-wow, you also need to unwind and speak to other people to keep those creative juices flowing.
Certain elements, such as our ‘family style’ lunches and dinners will give you a chance to talk to others who are right there with you, getting away from it all, but working.
We all sit at the same table at Coconat - literally. We eat lunch and dinner together. You always have a chance to get to know fellow Coconauts and to meet our guests as well!

It was one of the greatest volunteering experiences I've had so far. The team is international, sweet and fun. I also met amazing guests. The food is healthy and so delicious! They respect the hours, and the work isn't that hard. There are plenty of green areas for a nice walk, and I enjoyed watching movies or playing games with the team. I prolonged my stay because I felt like I wanted to stay more. This place is great for people enjoying the nature. If you're looking to be connected with a city (Berlin), it'll be more difficult and time-consuming. Otherwise, the coliving is a great place!

My time in the coliving was amazing! The team was very friendly, I got a really nice room with another roommate, the schedule was very flexible and was always adjusted to meet my needs so I could easily travel around and complete my remote work duties. Julianne, Justin and the whole team were amazing! I will definitely come back!

No es para ser “community manager” es mas bien para lavar platos (Stewart), colocar la mesa (buffet) y limpieza de los espacios sociales. No lo recomiendo si es su primera experiencia en WP.

The coliving is different from any place I've stayed before. It's a community space where people work on all kinds of projects, from sustainability to cultural initiatives. Most guests are local, but you also meet interesting people from all over. The staff are super friendly and creative. The food? all veggie/vegan and delicious!Tasks are easy, with lots of free time to walk in the forest, visit nearby villages, or even go to Berlin for the day. Winter can be quiet but beautiful under the snow. Big thanks to everyone!Especially Justin and Emi for letting me play with their dogs :) See u next time!
