We are a hostel in Lisbon, Portugal that is ranked as one of the highest ranked hostels in the world for atmosphere--atmosphere that YOU, as a Worldpacker, create! In return for your work entertaining our guests, planning events, and just keeping the hostel in order, each of our staff members receive free accommodation in our private staff room, free laundry, FREE breakfast, FREE dinner and FREE drinks at our bar.
We are like family. It’s not only about working, it's about connections.

Foi meu primeiro voluntariado através da plataforma Worldpackers e foi a melhor coisa que poderia ter acontecido! Desde o início Izzy foi querido e atencioso me passando as informações sobre o hostel. Quando cheguei lá fui bem orientada pelos funcionários e outros voluntários. Me diverti muito nos happy hours, aprendi a me comunicar melhor em inglês, e o mais importante, conheci pessoas muito especiais pelo caminho. Já estou com saudade de todos hahhaha um grande beijo e obrigada pela oportunidade! Nos vemos nesse mundão :)

My experience at the hostel was a lot better than anything i could've ever imagined and wished for! I was immediately and warmly welcomed by the staff: Izzy is an amazing host and manager, super fun and friendly but also always reliable and serious about everyone's work (his included). Despite the hostel being small, the atmosphere is great and it allowed me to meet new people everyday. The tasks are easy and the amount of work compared to the days off is perfectly balanced and fair. I can't wait to be back soon! I recommend this experience 100%. Thank u for everything and for having me<3

I had an amazing time at the hostel, the staff is amazing, everyone is very welcoming !! The work is pretty easy and the schedule allows you to have enough free time to visit the city which is really nice.

The experience at the hostel was incredible. All the staff members and volunteers made this place unique and unforgettable. Even with the ups and downs, Lisboa will forever be a second home to me. Thank you guys!

I loved my experience at the hostel ! From the other volunteers to Renata, Kip, Izzy and Saulo everyone made me feel welcome and made sure it was an unforgettable time. The tasks were absolutely manageable and fair as well as that the shifts were divided great. the 6 days off offered a lot of time to explore the city and enjoy your days off ✨ If you needed help or had a question everyone was incredibly helpful and made sure you were comfortable at all times. My month here holds amazing memories and moments I will cherish. Over the time at the hostel I made great friends and am very thankful!!!
