Strong finance background makes it all about efficiency here but always in common sense while putting people first. Breaking cultural and psychological boundaries is part of everyday activity and team building. Love of nature never lets us spend a day without going to the sea. Flexibility is crucial to maintaining our friendly environment.

My experience at Hostel Hasta la Vista was incredible! It was my first volunteer and from the moment I arrived they made me feel at home :) shift schedules were organized and there is flexibility for changes. Albano, Rahima and the entire team of volunteers, I will miss you guys! Thank you for this amazing experience.

My experience at the hostel was very good. It was my first hostel experience, and I learned a lot. The schedules were always respected and the team was always very flexible with the tasks and if we needed to change shifts. Albano is an excellent administrator and you can count on him for any questions you may have. The space for volunteers is very good, as we have our own space to eat meals and a bathroom too. Volunteers are responsible for their space, so each day someone needs to clean and everyone contributes to maintaining the place. Definitely I hope to return one day!

Simply amazing to spend a month in Hasta la Vista, Rahima and Albano are amazing managers and even more amazing human beings. I met lots of great people from the volunteering team and guests. Tasks where very well organized in shifts and very flexible in case you want to do a day trip or need some specific time. By far the best hostel in Sarandë , I will absolutely come back to visit. Love you all guys ♥️

Mi experiencia fue realmente muy muy buena. Albano es una persona increíble, muy buena, flexible, divertida, atenta. Es una persona genial. Se preocupa porque cada voluntario esté bien y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarnos. Gracias por este tiempo compartido, fue muy bueno. Es agradable escucharte hablar y compartir el tiempo contigo . Gracias an mis compañeros por todo este tiempo también. Han sido geniales.
