We are looking for Community Developers (CD), whose job is to host social English speaking events (such as: language exchange, debate, board games), and to encourage our community's members to speak English by creating activities or by simply talk to them.

The mission of our organization in 2023 is to create value for everyone that involves: the community, volunteers, staff, members... And therefore, we must improve the experience that people have at Language & Culture Exchange - HCMC. Hope we all, together, will contribute to this mission in any way that we can.

Quin is amazing! I had an amazing time at Coffee Talk English, the job is quite easy as you have only a few hours and a lot of free time during the day, so you have a lot of time to explore the city. You also have free days and can ask Quin if you want some days off to explore somewhere else:) The accommodation is good and in a good area with things to do and the team and students are very nice!

I had a wonderful time at CTE. The staffs and students were very welcoming and friendly. We only worked for 2hrs in the evening hence I was able to spend time exploring the areas with the amazing volunteers I stayed with.

Even if only for a week, I immediately felt part of a special team. All the teacher and student are nice and it was a pleasure to work with them.

An amazing experience.
It was my first time volunteering and I think I made the best decision. It was an amazing experience with amazing people. When I first arrived at the center they took care of me and explained me everything very well. You will receive a very warm welcome. If you need anything, they will always help you to give you the best stay.
About the job, theire is 3 different branches. You'll spend around 2 hours/ per day to talk to Vietnamese. Everybody in every branches are so nice, you will have lot of fun and learn more about the Vietnamese culture.

Although due to unforeseen circumstances my time here was brief, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so caring, supportive and understanding. The work is fun and everyone you interact with makes it a truly relaxing and educational experience. It’s a brilliant way to immerse yourself in the local culture. A great way to explore and learn about Ho Chi Minh!
