Outpost Club

You'll meet people from all over the world, you'll be able to stay in New York for free (in exchange for your time) and you'll get great experience volunteering in the growing sector of coliving

Volunteers will be supervised by the community manager. We like to have fun, and as long as you complete the tasks we ask of you, you'll have a really good time together in NYC.

My Experience at Outpost has surely been one that I am entirely grateful to have! They provide a warm and welcoming environment! They provide you with your own room for a place to stay and give you opportunities to take staff get always to give the staff a break from the city! Outpost is for sure a great company to work especially if your focus is more for living in New York with enough money to live rather than making a lump-some of income! This is a new company, they do go through loads of changes so you’ll have to be adaptable. Thank you for this opportunity Outpost!

I really enjoyed my time as a house leader. I learned how to deal with difficult personalities, improve my leadership skills, and explore the city of New York. Jacob specifically has advocated for me since I applied for the position, and I am grateful. I had the opportunity to look after a whole building, and it was quite the experience meeting people from all over the world. I would definitely do it again if given the opportunity.

What an amazing experience it has been at Outpost! A fantastic room, wonderful support, a great app and coordination resource. What more could you want from a leadership position? I’ve loved my time here in Brooklyn, the neighborhood is incredible, the space is even better, and who wouldn’t want to live in New York?

This is hands down the best work exchange in New York City, and probably in the whole country.
You get to live and take care of beautiful, modern buildings, interact with people from all around the world, and still have time to explore the city at your own pace.
Before the pandemic I did work exchanges for four years in six different countries and nothing compares to Outpost.
Thanks Jacob, Christian, and the entire team for such amazing experience. I’m already planning on volunteering with you again in the future.

Outpost Club is a company growing really fast which gives to their volunteers this amazing opportunity to be and to get to know the NYC. Also, as a position of a House Leader I could develop many soft skills as: Leadership, Problem solving, Team working, Adaptability, Perseverance and Communication skills.
