Park Villa Boutique Hostel

We are the highest rated hostel in London, possibly the UK, as rated by TripAdvisor, HostelWorld and Booking.com. The people who stay here are very respectful of each other and the staff. They are often very interesting! This is not a party hostel, but much more relaxed and peaceful.

The staff are very, very customer focused. We try to make sure they are comfortable and happy. We communicate a lot as a team and we all get on very well. I also support my staff, so the staff can feel safe and respected. I value the cleaners as highly as the reception staff.

I love it! My experience in Park Villa has been more than I could ever imagine.

The host has been really kind and patient with me. The group of volunteers were amazing. Both, the host and the volunteers are always willing to help or answer any questions.

The location of the hostel is very good, near to underground, bus stops, supermarkets, parks, pubs, coffee shops.

I strongly recommend Park Villa as a good experience to learn something new, to meet new people.

My experience at Villa Park Boutique was truly amazing. It’s one of the best places to volunteer, with the best manager, who is truly a treasure of a person—very kind, always attentive to us, and really a great human being. I am grateful for every day I spent at the hostel with the other volunteers, with whom we formed a great friendship. The hostel is well-located, close to Victoria Park and Hackney, and is very easy to access. Thank you for the opportunity, Zaeem. I will be back very soon.

The Volunteer was incredible, the work was always respected and the work is usually done in 3 hours, the location is excellent and the coexistence with the other volunteers is incredible. I recommend this volunteer and Zaeem is an incredible person, thank you very much for the opportunity!!

Park Villa was my first volunteer and it couldn't be any better!
The hostel is not far from the center of London and very close to the train station.
I had an incredible time there, the team was nice and warm, we made friends for life (:
The hostel is not big so is very calm and a chill place to stay.
In housekeeping we work in pairs, so you will divide the activities with another volunteer.
We were two pairs in the team, that helps a lot when you need to change your shift with some colleague to be able to travel or so.
I super recommend this hostel, I felt at Home there!

Definitely my best volunteering experience ever!

Zaeem is a great manager, always concerned about the well-being of the volunteers and the hostel, always helping us when needed, and you can learn a lot from him.

The volunteers' dormitory is super comfortable, the hostel is well located, and the reception tasks are very easy.

Park Villa has become my home in London, and I'm very grateful for the experience.

100% recommended!
