Montenegro is a beautiful country with stunning mountainous vistas and an incredible coastline. Playworking is a coliving retreat with an added layer of adventure sports activities. The facilities consist of coworking space, comfortable rooms and common living spaces including terraces and balconies.
I guess our ethos is what you would expect of people who enjoy the outdoors and the company of travelers. We're respectful, interested and creative.

I really enjoyed my short stay as a volunteer at play working. Jeffrey remained very open to communication and was very receptive to what I had to say. I performed a range of activities to assist in the running of the business and overall had a very positive experience.
It's a beautiful area. I have the intention to return in the summer.

This was an amazing experience in a beautiful part of Montenegro. Jeffrey was extremely accomodating and all the volunteers & guests made it feel like a family. The work was not difficult. I would highly recommend this experience.

I absolutely recommend PlayWorking, I extended my stay here because of how much I loved this place, people, good connections, the tasks doesn’t require too much so was a perfect balance between enjoying and work. My experience at Playworking was great!
The perfect balance between work and my own free time. It didn’t feel like work most of the time due to the active nature of the it. It was an amazing way to explore popular areas around Montenegro and meet similar minded people.
Jeffrey was a great host, easy to talk to and to get along with. Always down for an interesting chat!

Hey guys! This was my first coliving experience. The place is big and comfortable. The turnover of guest and volunteers is high so you meet a lot of people and can learn different things. There are also many activities to do in the surroundings area offered by the host company or by the environment itself. I was really excited about the project I was involved, but unfortunately it was cancelled so I engaged myself in helping to organize activities for the guests, such as small trips, hikings, dinners or movie and chill nights. I had fun!
