Spent a month here and the staff and other volunteers truly created a sense of community and easy friendship. The island is small but beautiful and everyone is happy to help you out or go for a little trek if the rain isn't too bad

I arrived at Raasay House in October and stayed until the beginning of December. The landscapes and views were absolutely beautiful but the weather was not very nice for outdoor activities. There's not much to do around, just to explore the island and its surroundings. The work hours and tasks are fair and easy so you will have quite a lot of spare time. This is the right spot if you're looking to disconnect from the real world and find some peace.
