If you love breath taking scenery, an overdose of nature and want to feel like you've stepped back in time then come to stay with us. The castle is a private family home and not open to the public so not many people get to stay here. We can offer a truly one of a kind visit. Lots to see, lots of outdoor things to do. We think it's a magical place.
Volunteers will live in the main part of the castle and will be part of the community here. We very much enjoy having guests to stay and you will find a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation.

My experience at Scottish Castle was incredible, it was my first time as a volunteer and I really enjoyed it, is perfect if you want to connect with yourself and also to know people of other countries. It is a very special and peaceful place but is a little isolated, so is important to keep that in mind. Alicia is a wonderful person, always looking after everyone. Also it was perfect to improve my english level.

Alicia, Ian and Reinold are very nice persons, they will always help you as long as you are honest and transparent with them. If you want to know people from other countries this volunteer is the best way , I recommend this experience if you want to know the beautiful scotland!

Our experience at the castle was incredible, Alicia and Reinold are wonderful, understanding and dedicated people. The job is simple and easy. They were patient with our English and it was great for us to improve. The food is great, I'll miss the garlic bread. When in doubt, you can be sure that this will be the best experience you can have.

Alicia and Reinold are amazing people, our experience this month was great. It was our first experience with wordpackers and it couldn't have been better, the castle is incredible, it has beautiful landscapes. The work is simple and easy to do. Our experience was great and I recommend it to everyone, I hope to return one day. The people we met at the castle were welcoming and helped us a lot because we are still learning English and Alicia and Reinold were understanding from day one, I have a lot to be thankful for. I can't explain in words how amazing it was, we can only say: go!
