Wolves and Wild Horses Tour
We are located on the only National Park of Portugal, Peneda-Gerês, surround of pure nature and wild animals.
We are a family company that loves animals, and we moved from the capital, Lisbon, to the mountains, chasing our dream.
When we receive our guests, we treat them like family, and this is one of the things that makes the difference, and when you meet our horse family you will fall in love :P
Our Worldpackers will be treated like family, and they will be well received.
We will share knowledge and for sure they will have an amazing time at our place

Mariana and Pedro are such genuine and kind people. Despite being extremely busy they do everything to make sure the volunteers are comfortable which I really appreciated. The tasks are not difficult and the schedule is very clear and understandable. You will be left with lots of free time to explore the beautiful surrounding nature which is a big bonus. Obviously the best part was the farm it's lovely to see that they are so well taken care of :) Overall it was an amazing experience, I loved my stay here and I would 100% recommend 🥰

I loved my whole stay here, Marianna and Pedro made me feel welcome from the start, explained everything regarding the tasks and my stay and I could ask if something wasn't clear. I genuinely enjoyed the tasks and spending time with the farm, in nature, exploring etc. We had plenty of free time even on working days to go and see the surroundings, swim in the waterfalls… It is so obvious that the farm are loved, well taken care of and genuinely appreciated. The best part? Waking up and the farm greeting you once you step out of the caravan. Would recommend this experience 10/10🩷

This was my first ever volunteering experience and I couldn't imagine it being any more perfect. I felt extremely welcomed and cared for. Marianna and Pedro are the best people you'll ever meet and they will treat you like family. Nothing could have prepared me for how much I'm going to miss the stables and working there. Everything is done perfectly starting with the assigned tasks and working hours and ending with communication. You can truly feel the passion and love these people have for what they do. All the animals are lovely and very well taken care of. I couldn't have wished for more❤️

I loved my time here the work was enjoyable and there was loads of exploring to do in my free time. Mariana and Pedro treated us very well and all the animals were lovely! I was sad to leave at the end of the stay :) thank you Mariana and Pedro for everything :)

I really enjoyed my time at the farm. The work was much easier than described on Worldpackers, mostly cleaning a few boxes and occasional tasks. The animals were lovely, and the surrounding nature was beautiful. Pedro and Mariana were super lovely, though there was sometimes tension that made it hard to approach them. They provided ingredients to cook with, plus delicious leftovers now and then. Overall, I'd highly recommend this experience.
