Los compañeros son increíbles, te harán sentir como uno mas desde el primer día. El alojamiento no es lo mejor del mundo pero es suficiente para vivir la experiencia. Las clases son muy divertidas con todos esos niños que dan mucha alegría. El proyecto esta empezando pero si el dueño no se vuelve loco podrá seguir adelante. Lo malo es que yo me tuve que ir antes ya que el dueño me acusó de cosas gravísimas y sureslistas que eran mentira ya que es un celoso con las chicas y no puedes ni hablar con ellas y me quería fuera, entonces si eres chico no te recomiendo ir para nada sinceramente.

Esta fue una experiencia muy especial para mí. Me encantó conocer a la gente local, aprender sobre su cultura y pasar tiempo con los niños mientras les ayudaba a practicar inglés. La gente del pueblo es muy amable y acogedora. Recomendaría este programa, pero creo que podría mejorarse ofreciendo algunas tareas adicionales para los voluntarios. También es importante venir con una mente abierta y estar listo para experimentar un estilo de vida local sencillo.

Pasamos una semana increíble con Nam y toda su familia. Les ayudamos a reparar su homestay, dañado por una tormenta unas semanas antes. También les ayudamos, en la medida de lo posible, a obtener un poco de visibilidad en las plataformas. A cambio, nos mostraron los alrededores y sus costumbres durante todo nuestro tiempo con ellos. ¡Ellos les darán la bienvenida como deben!

Pasamos una semana increíble en Nam Dam village con Nam, Lien, Thang y su familia. Les ayudamos a renovar su casa de huéspedes, que había sido dañada por una tormenta apenas dos semanas antes. Ellos nos hicieron sentir como familia, compartiendo todas sus comidas con nosotros, mostrándonos la zona y llevándonos incluso a barbacoas con sus amigos y al mercado nocturno. Realmente disfrutamos nuestro tiempo con ellos y definitivamente recomendaríamos esta experiencia a cualquiera que busque una estancia auténtica y significativa.

Tuve una experiencia muy única e inmersiva en la casa. Viví con una familia en el pueblo Tung Ba y otra en Pac Ta. Ambas fueron muy acogedoras y hospitalarias. El trabajo no fue tan estructurado como esperaba, fue muy 'dejarse llevar'.
Disfruté desacelerar y vivir un estilo de vida más simple. El paisaje es impresionante.
Ayudé con tareas agrícolas y tareas domésticas, enseñé algo de inglés y jugué con los niños. Algunos de los momentos destacados fueron asistir a dos bodas, visitar el asta de la bandera Lung Cu en el 'top' de Vietnam, y caminar por arroyos y colinas para cosechar cultivos.

Tuan was a very friendly host trying to provide us the best local experience. Unfortunately, we made a decision to leave the volunteering opportunity early as the stay was not what we were expecting. The place was very cold as it is in very early stages of being developed, similarly bathrooms were in quite a bad state with lack of privacy and comfort. Work was very dependent on your own creativity, with little to no guidance as the business is new and requires a lot of effort to build it up. Overall, definitely recommend the place for people with a lot of passion and energy!!

I had an amazing experience at the home Hostel while volunteering with Tuan, the owner. Tuan is an incredibly kind and welcoming person who made me feel like part of the family from the very beginning. The hostel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, is perfectly located amidst the stunning nature of Ha Giang. During my time there, I learned so much from Tuan and the guests who stayed at the hostel. It was a rewarding and unforgettable experience, Thank you, Tuan, for the wonderful opportunity and all the beautiful memories

My experience at Time Travel was very good, we had a great experience teaching English and helping with the construction of the homestay. (If you have construction skills or are an artist who can paint big murals, this place is a great oportunity!!) Tuan is a great person with very good intentions, the place has a lot to continue growing and improving, I hope they can achieve their goals, organize all the projects that have in mind and see the Homestay finished. Volunteering with Tuan at his Time Travel Company was incredible. Tuan is building an amazing hostel and tour company while running an English-speaking center for local students. My time there was filled with enriching activities, from teaching English to creating business analysis report and content creation. Each day started with traditional tea and a briefing from Cassie, a dedicated volunteer managing administrative tasks. Our days included cooking, teaching, and engaging in cultural activities like farm tours and village dinners. Thank you, Tuan and Cassie, for a memorable experience.

Tuan was a wonderful host during my time volunteering at his place. I assisted with social media, housekeeping, meal prep, and dishwashing. Spending time with his friends who visited was a lovely experience. While working on social media, I was also invited to join their English club. Although unexpected, I adapted and contributed positively. Tuan is passionate about his homestay and Ha Giang Loop tour services, and I wish him all the best in his endeavors!
