Me lo he pasado genial estando en el hostel. He podido practicar japonés con los miembros del staff, practicar inglés con los clientes y los otros world packers, he estado muy cómoda en el sitio porque las camas son tipo capsulas bastante cómodas y el onsen es un plus increíble. Las tareas no eran difíciles, y siempre primero me las explicaban los miembros del staff. Me he sentido como en casa con ellos, una experiencia inolvidable. Muchas gracias ❤️

La experiencia en el hostel fue excelente. El trabajo está muy bien organizado, las tareas son llevaderas y el equipo siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Hablan muy bien ingles por lo que no existe ningún problema para comunicarse. El lugar es hermoso, muy limpio, con un paisaje increíble.

El albergue es un lugar muy relajante. El ambiente es maravilloso, y tener dos onsens en el albergue es una increíble bonificación que hizo de esta mi experiencia más relajante hasta ahora. Las tareas son exactamente como se describen y el trabajo fluye muy fácilmente. Pero, sin duda, la mejor parte de este albergue es el equipo. Todos son cálidos, acogedores, y siempre me hicieron sentir completamente en casa. Hicimos algunas actividades juntos en las que aprendí mucho sobre la cultura japonesa, y realmente me hicieron guardar esta experiencia muy cerca de mi corazón. Gracias, equipo♥️

No podría pedir más en este lugar, el personal es maravilloso y te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer día.
El trabajo es claro y justo, todos ayudan cuando es necesario porque si todos terminamos antes de tiempo, puedes tomar el resto del día libre.
Hakone es la mezcla perfecta entre conveniencia y tradición, y gracias a la bicicleta eléctrica gratuita para voluntarios y al pago semanal de 2000 para comida, puedes hacer excursiones perfectas con poco esfuerzo.

Ks House fue una gran experiencia. Hakone es muy relajante y es un gran lugar para relajarse si has viajado durante mucho tiempo, como yo. Todo el personal es encantador y, en general, tuve un tiempo increíble.

I had a great time here! The team is very friendly and got to meet lots of people. The hostel feels like a home, you can cook your own meals in the kitchen (there is no super market close by, but there are konbini and use their e-bike), the lounge was a great place to hang out with guests and fellow volunteers & the onsen is a bonus! Most of the time we finished work early (3-3,5h) instead of 4 hours and the instructions were clear. I slept in my own room which i later shared when the other volunteers arrived. If you like chilling/nature this is the place for you. Thank you the hostel!

I had the best time at the hostel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, you can really make yourself at home here, and everything is so clean. It is the most organised Worldpackers experience I've had so far! Everyone has their own tasks and then you work together to finish the group tasks, so you're able to manage your time effectively as you know what you need to do within the 4 hours. The staff show you what to do so you know what to do and how to do it. Thank you for everything, I will miss my Hakone family! I wish I could have stayed for longer, highly recommend.

This was my first volunteering experience in Worldpackers, and I'm so happy I got to live this experience with the hostel team. From the first day, I felt welcomed, they took time explaining the tasks I was meant to do and communication was clear from the start. Also, we finished early most of the time which allowed me to explore and do other activities. I really enjoyed the interactions I had with the team, the other volunteers and the guests! I couldn't have asked for a better first experience in Japan!! The whole team was super welcoming and so nice at all times and happy to help if I had questions. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and I felt very safe. The work was easy and we were done early most of the time, which made it possible to do small day trips and exploring every day. Thank you for the great time. I really enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend it to other Worldpackers! If I get the chance to, I'll stop by again and say hello :)

I really liked my time in Hakone. Yayoi-san and the whole team were very kind and always friendly. The hostel itself was also a place that felt very cozy and home-like. There were many international guests and it was easy to connect with them. The working time was said to be 4 hours per day, but we usually finished earlier. The tasks were easy and always manageable. Hakone itself was beautiful too, right in the middle of nature, but as other reviews already said, there wasn't that much to do, so be prepared for that. All in all it was a great learning experience and i felt truly welcomed:)
