If you choose to stay and volunteer with us you will have full unlimited access to all the facilities here at GV including Netflix, Xbox, 4 guitars and 2 amps, keyboard and a cajone! Free unlimited internet and apple macs, free pool table and Foosball table, free kitchen facilities (2 ovens and stoves, 2 sinks, microwave, pots and pans and cutlery) free pasta, spices, rice, bread, jam, cereal, milk and free laundry facilities! We only have 48 beds so it is considered a small hostel but we are very concentrated on the guest/volunteer interaction. This results in a much better experience for both guest and volunteer. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, we look forward to hearing from you and possibly meeting you!
In exchange for free accommodation in our 6 bed mixed staff dorm you will be required to work up to 3 hours a day either cleaning the hostel and making beds in the morning or reception duties during the day plus 1 night shift per week which is from 8pm to 8am. After your night shift you get that day off! We are a super friendly and chilled out hostel with artwork on nearly every wall which guests who are artists have done while they have stayed with us. We see it more of a homely feel hostel as the volunteers stay on site and they treat it as if it were their home.
Possibility of shorten your stay if you do not delivery an ok job, the standard one!!!
Muchos worldpackers están aplicando para este puesto últimamente. Es probable que el anfitrión no pueda responder a todas las solicitudes, es por eso que te recomendamos que además de ese, también apliques con otros anfitriones de nuestra comunidad :)
