We have a cook and cleaner who prepares food, cleans the household and the volunteer clothes. We also drive to some of our projects which requires money for fuel. If you want to try to reduce costs, please contact us.

Our Eco project has just started, we have a small piece of land we are using for growing vegetation and farming chickens. We can also bring you to many local agricultural projects that support nutrition in schools, meeting local farmers and learning their techniques of farming. We pick rubbish to clean up our streets. We would love any ideas for developing our eco project also. Experience the nature of Uganda in all its true beauty.

If you're thinking about joining this volunteer program,I highly recommend it! First of all,Brian is an incredibly kind person who always looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. The children here are also so sweet,kind and adorable. The program is located in a really rural village in Uganda,so you get to experience authentic local life and culture. The people are incredibly warm and welcoming, and I felt at home during my stay. Unfortunately,I only had time to stay for two weeks,I truly wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely love to come back again in the future!

It was a pleasure having Lukas with us. His kindness, patience, and positive attitude made a real difference in the lives of the children. Lukas taught with passion, encouraged every child to participate, and brought so much joy through football, dancing, and other fun activities.
His dedication, teamwork, and genuine care created a welcoming and inspiring environment. The children looked forward to spending time with Lukas, and your impact will be remembered for a long time.

My experience with the kids in this organization was truly amazing. The space they provide for classes is warm and welcoming, not just for the kids, but for volunteers too. The children feel at ease, and the facilities are great - big blackboard, plenty of materials like paper, pencils, markers, and even glue guns. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to work here. It's an amazing place to learn and teach. One thing to note is that volunteers do need to cover some costs themselves, so it's worth mentioning that there are expenses involved even when the profile doesn't mention it.

We are deeply grateful for the time, energy, and passion Daniela dedicated to our children.
She actively participated in all daily activities and showed a strong commitment to the program. Her teaching sessions were engaging and well organized, especially in art and crafts, where she encouraged creativity, confidence, and self-expression among the children.
She also took part enthusiastically in games and recreational activities, creating a joyful and supportive environment.

I really enjoyed my experience with the kids. We had a lot of fun spending time together by learning, growing and playing games. Brian helped organize some transfers I took from and to Nankoma which I much appreciated. Even though I enjoyed my overall experience I have to point out that you do have to pay certain fees that are not mentioned on the profile. Material provided is limited so I recommend bringing some equipment you want to use or you will need for teaching.

I love this place and the kids. Brian, Joan, Rogers and everyone involved in this project made sure I am okay, safe and feel comfortable. Teaching, playing, talking to these kids is a gift. I enjoyed every second I had the opportunit to do so.. The first day I arrived I was welcomed with so much love and comfort, and it never stopped. Enjoy and experience this family and town for yourself. Its the best. 🙏

We are truly grateful for the time and dedication shown by Stefan during his stay with us. He actively participated in teaching the children during study sessions, showing patience, creativity, and a strong commitment to helping them understand their lessons.
In addition to academics, He played a big role in organizing and leading games and sports activities. The children were always excited and fully engaged,which created a joyful supportive environment ,His positive attitude and teamwork.

My time here left a deep and lasting imprint on how I see life in Uganda. The children filled my days with pure joy, and the love we shared grew naturally and powerfully. Every morning felt meaningful, and every evening felt too short. Some moments were so full of connection that I wished time could freeze. Brian was truly lovable and made sure I felt comfortable every single day. His flexibility with work makes the whole experience smooth and stress free, and he always checks in to ensure everyone feels included and supported. I feel like part of a family rather than just a volunteer. Love!

We were truly grateful to host Herman at our project he's incredibly dedicated and respectful and always needed to help whenever needed . His positive attitude brought a wonderful energy to the team and he quickly became part of the family . He handled his tasks responsibly , communicated clearly and shown genuine care for the children and community .
I especially appreciated his reliability and kindness he showed around them .
I highly recommend Herman to any host. He will be a great asset .
