¡Me encanta mi estancia en el hostal! Los turnos eran siempre fáciles. El turno de la mañana tenía que preparar el desayuno y hacer las camas, y en el turno de la tarde/noche tenías que hacer trabajo de recepción. Pero siempre podías relajarte durante tus turnos, nunca fue trabajo duro. Todos son tan acogedores, tan amables, realmente se siente como una gran familia. Manduxo, Bia y Rodrigo siempre organizan todo muy bien y también tendrás mucho tiempo libre antes y después de tus turnos, con 3 días libres por semana. El desayuno, las clases de surf y el material de surf también están incluidos durante tu estancia. ¡Muchas gracias a todos!

¡Qué experiencia maravillosa! El hostal es muy agradable, en una zona tranquila y ofrece muchas actividades. El ambiente es súper relajante y divertido, también tienes mucho tiempo libre. Un gran agradecimiento al personal y a todos los voluntarios, me sentí como en casa🤙

¡He tenido el mejor verano trabajando en LSH! Conocí a las personas más increíbles y tuve la oportunidad de explorar una ciudad tan hermosa. El trabajo a veces puede ser movido, pero el equipo hizo que valiera la pena. Además, tener la oportunidad de aprender a hacer surf y participar en las clases gratuitas de yoga fue una gran ventaja. Extrañaré a todos allí tanto, especialmente a Manduxo, y no puedo recomendar la experiencia lo suficiente.

Mi tiempo en el albergue fue increíble!☺️ Todos fueron muy amables, el trabajo era justo y fácil de aprender, y los gerentes y el personal fueron súper amables y relajados. Me encantó tanto que incluso extendí mi estancia :) Formé amistades profundas, y decir adiós fue realmente difícil. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho y no puedo esperar a volver!

Mi experiencia en el hostal fue increíble! Las clases gratuitas de surf y yoga fueron inigualables! El personal fue muy amable y respetuoso, verdaderamente uno de mis lugares y personas favoritas para trabajar! Las horas siempre se respetaban y el trabajo fue fácilmente realizable una vez que le coges el truco. Mis chicas voluntarias y Juan fueron la mejor compañía que podría haber pedido🫶 Verdaderamente personas increíbles y un tiempo increíble que nunca olvidaré. Gracias al hostal por todo🙏

I enjoyed my time here so much I decided to cancel my flight back home and extend a few days . Rodrigo ,Bea and Manduxo are so kind and welcoming . My first day here already felt like I had been here for months . I loved the yoga classes ,pool , the hammocks , surf lessons . The location is perfect . Only 5 min walk to Pingo (supermarket) , 10min walk to the beach , and 2 min walk to the station that will take you to the hostel (20min) and Cascais (15min). It was the perfect way to spend my summer ! Thank you to all the volunteers and staff I've created lifelong memories here :)

The hostel is wonderful: lot of green, lot of space and a swimming pool. It was super easy to get along with people. And here I met truly some of the best I have ever met. Rodrigo was a friend before than a manager and this helped me a lot while doing the assigned shifts: he was always kind and ready to help me. The shifts are very easy to do, sometimes in the busiest days it can get more intense, but it's normal. It is a very fair exchange. I wish you to be as lucky as I was to live this experience. LSH was one of the best thing happened in my life. Truly a home away from home.

It was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have had a better experience. Everybody, from the managers and volunteers to the guests, were extremely nice. Rodrigo was such a chill person so he really made you feel welcome there. Mandux was super funny and welcoming as well. I stayed there for a month but it felt like a week. I got to visit amazing places with incredible views. I also got the chance to surf a bit. I am truly grateful to have been part of the team even if was for a short period of time.

The month I spent here at the hostel has been nothing short of perfection. Everything about this place made me feel so at home, and Nuno & Rodrigo were amazing hosts who always made sure the volunteers were being treated well. The work is well balanced and is quite easy to pick up once you get the hang of it, but even so there is always someone who can help if you're unsure. Definitely didn't expect to have such a hard time saying goodbye, but I am so so grateful to have been able to be a part of this incredible experience and to have met the people who made it so special 🫶

I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel! I remember feeling so at home after only a few days. The entire team is so welcomeing and kind and you really feel like a part of team! The hours are good and the work is fair. Everything is very structured and nice and the schedule is easy to plan around. Overall I had a fantastic stay and would love to come back if I ever get the chance!
