The Experience
Lisbon Surf Hostel is perfect for those who love to travel, meet new people, and have a passion for Surf and Yoga. As a volunteer, you will be responsible for helping with the daily operations of the hostel, including cleaning, checking guests in and out, bartending and cooking, and assisting with any other tasks that may arise In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some amazing perks while meeting amazing people.

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The atmosphere is super friendly, filled with the loveliest and most kind-hearted people. The work is relaxed, with working hours and day-off requests always respected, giving you plenty of free time to explore Portugal, learn to surf, and have fun! The managers, Bia, Nuno, and Rodrigo, are incredibly supportive and always there when you need them, making sure you're comfortable throughout your stay!🌼💖 I'm truly grateful for the wonderful people I've met and the overall experience, and I can't wait to be back one day.

I had a great time at the hostel! The managers are super friendly, there is a great vibe within the team and the work and hours are fair. You have enough free time to explore the surroundings and travel within Portugal, and you can indicate your preferred shifts and days off. Even when my travel plans changed the management was super friendly and understanding. Even tho I wasn't here for a long time, I enjoyed it a lot!
