Join our young and fun team on Tioman Island in Malaysia. You'll help serving cold drinks and cocktails to our thirsty divers and the end of day. Our bar starts at 5pm and closes around 11pm or sometimes a little later when we have parties going. you will receive cost priced dive education. You will be helping in shifts with our permanent staff members that will mentor you during your stay with us.

I had a great time volunteering at the host dive shop, working in the host each day was fun and not difficult, the tasks were what I expected and I enjoyed it all! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and I would love to return in the future. I also had a lot of free time and was able to go the host which was amazing, would definitely recommend this experience :)

Couldn't ask for a better first volunteering experience. Working at the host at the host allows you to live on this beautiful island that is Tioman and socialise with the locals and divers from all over the world The work is not hard, you get to spend the day exploring the island (or the host if you're a diver)

I had a lovely month working at the host of the host. The staff was super welcoming from day 1. It felt like being part of a big family. Danny walked me through everything that had to be done during the shifts. He also taught me to make great cocktails. The island is very beautiful and peaceful. I had the chance to go the host a lot of times with the host and really got to improve my the host skills. the host puts a lot of attention to marine life and conservation which shows great character. Over all I think this was my best volunteering opportunity and would recommend it to anyone coming to Malaysia.

My time at the host was wonderful!! Danny, all the divemasters/instructors/office staff, and P'gell (the host owner) were very welcoming. I had tons of fun and got to dive a good amount. the host is pretty chill and the hours I was supposed to work were respected. There were 3 previous the host volunteers doing either their dive master or instructor course well I was there, which I think speaks for itself on how fun, engaging, and chill the host is. Highly recommend this experience :)
