Join two empty nesters and a beautiful rescue dog, to help around the property including basic gardening, chop/collect firewood, and helping with basic home/property repairs. Vicki, Paul, Bella, and Cleo are the absolute BEST FAMILY IN THE WORLD! I'm so thrilled to have spent this unforgettable time with them. From the very start, they were incredible, making us feel at home, cooking delicious meals, and toasting with bubbles every dinner. Met them and helping with the yard was an amazing experience! Mornings were packed with fun, playing outside with Cleo chasing kangaroos, horses, and jumping in lakes. They took us into town, showing us their favorite spots, and we enjoyed dinners and coffees out together. It's been an incredible adventure!

One of the most special experiences of our journey! Vicki and Paul welcomed us into their home with so much warmth and kindness that we felt like family from day one. They took amazing care of us, cooked incredible meals, made us feel completely at home and shared so much of their knowledge and life experience with us. We learned a lot and will carry many of our conversations with us. And of course, we'll miss Cleo terribly! ❤️ We left with wonderful memories, very grateful for this experience.

I spent a week volunteering at the home and had a good experience. I learnt a lot about the local community and the history of the area while I was there. Paul and Vicki were very kind and generous hosts and made me feel welcome. They were genuinely interested in me and my country, and were enjoyable people to talk to- great conversation and always had stories to share. The work itself was enjoyable and never felt overwhelming. It was satisfying to be part of something meaningful. Cleo, their dog, was an absolute joy and kept me entertained all week.

We had the best time with Paul, Vicki and gorgeous Cleo on our stay, amazing hosts who made us feel right at home. We loved making a difference in the garden so the summer palace can be enjoyed in all its glory! Couldn't recommend enough, we wished our stay was longer!

Paul and Vicki were amazing hosts , they were warm and welcoming from the very start , the work in the garden wasn't too hard. They are great cooks and great people and always had something interesting to talk about and were interested in us and where we come from which was really nice. They have a lovely cosy house where you will feel right at home. We will miss Cleo so much , she is the cutest. Hopefully get the chance to come back one day.
