The hostel was an amazing place for my first volunteering experience. The hostel is very clean and has a great location right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Although the city felt a little overwhelming for me at times, I always felt comfortable and at home whenever I came back to the hostel. I met some amazing people there, and we helped each other create content, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They are also very flexible with the content deadlines, which is really helpful if you have other jobs or things going on. Saad is very understanding and kind.

My experience was great. The host is very approachable and flexible, I felt comfortable collaborating at this hostel. It was so much fun to create content inside and outside the hostel and I learned a lot about editing videos. The host gave me a lot of freedom to create and also to manage my time. So I have so much time to see the city and learn new skills a the same time.

I had the best experience possible for my first volunteering! I went through a difficult situation when my visa for Vietnam was delayed, which caused me to miss my flight, and because of that, I was only able to stay for a few days. Even with all the uncertainty and changes, my host was always incredibly understanding, supportive, and willing to help me. I'm grateful that they still welcomed me into the volunteering program, even though I could only stay for a few days. I have nothing but gratitude for this amazing experience, and I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

This was my very first volunteering experience and it was vey cool. Your task is to post one video everyday on the social media of the hostel but other than that you are completely free to enjoy hanoi. I even went to ninh binh during the 2 weeks which was amazing!! The host is kind and keeps in touch with you during you stay so communication is no problem at all. The staff was kind but I only really talked to Kien (the bartender) he is amazing <3 The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hostel doesn't really have social activities but you've got space to hang out together and a nice rooftop

Lovely hostel in an amazing location and I loved making content here! Saad and all the staff were great with helping me out when Iost my credit card and with any content I wanted to make. They also have a marketing manager who was lovely and offered to help me with the social media too!
