Barbara, Peter y sus dos hijos son muy amigables, tienen un muy buen carácter, mi estadía aquí me lleno de muchos momentos de aprendizaje por el lenguaje y por el trabajo con la madera. también es un lugar especial para aprender de comida ya que encuentras un mundo de posibilidades nuevas. disfrute cada noche de comida en familia. para mí cada noche fue una experiencia gastronómica. que más puedo decir. hermoso lugar con un gran bosque para recorrer y una linda fauna que conocer.

¡Tuve un tiempo encantador en el proyecto! La familia fue super acogedora e inclusiva. Elegí el proyecto para seguir desarrollando mis habilidades como cocinero, así como para aprender más sobre su cultura/forma de vida. Tienen un hogar acogedor rodeado de 4 adorables gatitos y dos perros. Cada día me asignaban la tarea de cocinar el almuerzo y la cena junto a su hijo. También me mantuve ocupado limpiando, leyendo y dando paseos por la hermosa ladera de las montañas. Siempre había comida y bebidas deliciosas. ¡Incluso me enseñaron algunas otras habilidades por las que sienten pasión (soldadura, herrería, fermentación, etc.)! ¡Tan agradecido!

Encontré a los anfitriones como personas consideradas y reflexivas que pueden ser muy directas o permitir espacio cuando sea necesario para el bien común. Con ellos es muy fácil conversar. Aprendí mucho de ellos en un ambiente muy cómodo. Los alrededores son hermosos. Los animales son tan adorables. ¡Probablemente vuelva!

I'm so grateful for my first Worldpackers experience at Bogota the project and recommend it to anyone seeking an adventure. Nestled in the green hills of Croatia this beautiful homestead and family welcomed me with open arms. The work was as agreed upon, tasks often blended into the lifestyle rather than feeling like chores. The rhythm of the days allowed plenty of time to rest and reflect. From shared (yummy) dinners to quiet moments with nature, everyday held something meaningful. Thank you, bogota the project family for showing me what intentional living looks like, I'll carry it with me wherever I go.

The time I spent at the project was the best of my life. The people, the work, the environment, everything is amazing. It was my first volunteering experience and I would without a doubt recommend it to everyone. Peter, Barbara, Fleur and Nol made me feel comfortable immediately, I was able to express myself and grow as a person. I also have to say, coming from a former picky eater, the food is definitely amazing, there wasn't a single meal I didn't absolutely love during my stay. Wouldn't change my time there for anything in the world. Highly recommend!

Esta fue una experiencia positiva. Una buena familia, un buen terreno, cuatro gatos encantadores, y dos perros adorables. Estuve aquí para cocinar con su hijo Nol, quien desafortunadamente estuvo enfermo durante gran parte de mi estadía, sin embargo me brindaron mucho tiempo libre y libertad para cocinar las comidas. El té delicioso y la kombucha siguieron disponibles.

I had a great and enriching experience at the project! I learned a lot about permaculture, the rhythm of nature, and the value of building a meaningful project with people from different backgrounds. Unfortunately, the other expected volunteers canceled, and since the farm is quite remote (no bus to the town), I felt a bit alone and dependent on the family for transport and social life. Despite these two personal challenges, I truly enjoyed the hands-on learning in the garden and the care of animals. Barbara and Peter were kind and generous, and I'm very grateful for this experience.

Foram dias de algumas consversas com Peter.. onde alcançei novos conhecimentos sobre o Charlei. PS.: Em dias com calor sempre acontece um banho de rio. Obrigado pelos lindos e divertidos dias!

Charlei. Ingeniero de gran calidad. Ayuda a hacer, diseñar y construir de forma fácil y divertida. Es una persona muy independiente. Tiene una actitud tranquila y ejemplar. Le encanta reír, una cerveza y comer bien. Es una persona muy agradable con la que estar. Logramos mucho al sentar las bases para un fuego abierto con chimenea. También dirigió a un grupo de scouts para mover material de construcción desde un lugar prioritario. Sin lugar a dudas, muy recomendable. Siempre es bienvenido de nuevo.

I have absolutely LOVED my experience at the project and would recommend to anyone who wants to slow down and reconnect with nature. Barbara, Peter and the family were super welcoming and always made sure I had everything I needed. The working hours were as described and flexible depending on the weather and what times we decided worked best for our group. The work its self was not overly strenuous and varied from day to day. The facilities and accommodation were great. I learnt a lot about sustainability and permaculture. Super grateful for the experience !!!

I really enjoyed my (first) Worldpackers experience at the project! The environment is beautiful, amazingly green and peaceful. Barbara & Peter are very flexible and very happy to share all their knowledge. Also: it's a big plus that Nol is a chef-to-be, so they prepare dinner every evening! Especially for 'meat eaters' a real treat, but they took my vegetarianism in account as well! I'll definitely miss this place, and all the dogs and cats as well. Hopefully we'll meet again :)
