L'auberge est un endroit très relaxant. L'ambiance est merveilleuse, et avoir deux onsens dans l'auberge est un bonus incroyable qui a fait de cette expérience la plus relaxante que j'aie vécue jusqu'à présent. Les tâches sont exactement telles que décrites et le travail se déroule très facilement. Mais sans aucun doute, la meilleure partie de cette auberge est l'équipe. Tout le monde est chaleureux et accueillant, et m'a toujours fait me sentir complètement chez moi. Nous avons fait quelques activités ensemble où j'ai beaucoup appris sur la culture japonaise, et ils m'ont vraiment fait garder cette expérience près de mon cœur. Merci, l'équipe♥️

J'ai passé un super moment en restant à l'auberge. J'ai pu pratiquer le japonais avec les membres du staff, pratiquer l'anglais avec les clients et les autres world packers, je me suis sentie très à l'aise sur place car les lits sont de type capsule et assez confortables, et l'onsen est un bonus incroyable. Les tâches n'étaient pas difficiles, et les membres du staff me les expliquaient toujours en premier. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi avec eux, une expérience inoubliable. Merci beaucoup ❤️

Je ne pourrais pas demander mieux pour cet endroit, le personnel est merveilleux et ils te font te sentir chez toi dès le premier jour.
Le travail est clair et juste, tout le monde aide quand c'est nécessaire, car si nous terminons tous avant l'heure, tu peux avoir le reste de la journée libre.
Hakone est le mélange parfait entre commodité et tradition, et grâce à la bicyclette électrique gratuite pour les bénévoles et au paiement hebdomadaire de 2000 pour la nourriture, tu peux faire des excursions parfaites avec peu d'effort.

Ks House a été une excellente expérience. Hakone est super relaxant et c'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre si vous avez voyagé pendant longtemps, comme moi. Le personnel est tout à fait charmant et, dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un moment incroyable.

I had a great time here! The team is very friendly and got to meet lots of people. The hostel feels like a home, you can cook your own meals in the kitchen (there is no super market close by, but there are konbini and use their e-bike), the lounge was a great place to hang out with guests and fellow volunteers & the onsen is a bonus! Most of the time we finished work early (3-3,5h) instead of 4 hours and the instructions were clear. I slept in my own room which i later shared when the other volunteers arrived. If you like chilling/nature this is the place for you. Thank you the hostel!

I had the best time at the hostel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, you can really make yourself at home here, and everything is so clean. It is the most organised Worldpackers experience I've had so far! Everyone has their own tasks and then you work together to finish the group tasks, so you're able to manage your time effectively as you know what you need to do within the 4 hours. The staff show you what to do so you know what to do and how to do it. Thank you for everything, I will miss my Hakone family! I wish I could have stayed for longer, highly recommend.

This was my first volunteering experience in Worldpackers, and I'm so happy I got to live this experience with the hostel team. From the first day, I felt welcomed, they took time explaining the tasks I was meant to do and communication was clear from the start. Also, we finished early most of the time which allowed me to explore and do other activities. I really enjoyed the interactions I had with the team, the other volunteers and the guests! I couldn't have asked for a better first experience in Japan!! The whole team was super welcoming and so nice at all times and happy to help if I had questions. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and I felt very safe. The work was easy and we were done early most of the time, which made it possible to do small day trips and exploring every day. Thank you for the great time. I really enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend it to other Worldpackers! If I get the chance to, I'll stop by again and say hello :)

I really liked my time in Hakone. Yayoi-san and the whole team were very kind and always friendly. The hostel itself was also a place that felt very cozy and home-like. There were many international guests and it was easy to connect with them. The working time was said to be 4 hours per day, but we usually finished earlier. The tasks were easy and always manageable. Hakone itself was beautiful too, right in the middle of nature, but as other reviews already said, there wasn't that much to do, so be prepared for that. All in all it was a great learning experience and i felt truly welcomed:)
